沙丘套房度假村

today my id was expired and I had already booked my room for next night. my boyfriend was kicked out of my room with less than an hours notice and locked out of room, with not even all of our belongings while I was at work!!! no one at this hotel had the decency to inform me of their decision that they wouldn't except my expired ID and I needed to leave ASAP. and I had to get my refund from 3rd party sales Trips.com which said this booking would not be offering any refunds!! still waiting to hear back from them on refund!I will never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone after the rude people I had to deal with today!!!

La habitación tenía mal olor, los utensilios para cocina estaban sucios, las camas eran incómodas, cayó una tormenta y el cuarto se inundó por las tuberías en mal estado del aire acondicionado, no nos dieron otra habitación, solo llegaron a limpiar, las camas estaban sucias, en recepción sufrimos racismo por parte de la persona que nos atendió, muy mala atención

Family stay in North Myrtle Food and service was good the beds were not great but comfortable

The doors were broken. The shower heads are extremely short. The entire condo was extremely dirty. The oven had residue that created smoke and set off the smoke alarm. The pillows were disgusting. The door stop at the front door almost broke a toe and is very dangerously if one was to accidentally fall on it especially kids. Ceiling fans were terrible. One of the bedrooms window curtain had to be rigged just to obtain privacy. Pools were not very clean. Front door to room was not closing properly. Safe didn't work. Hair clogged in the bathtub drain. bathroom vanity door did not work properly. Room sleeps 12 but did not have enough kitchen silverware to accommodate 12 guests. Also curtain in the dinning area was broken. One toilet did not flush properly. Hair dryer was nasty and didn't blow heat.
