Front desk didn’t have good communications skills. Another guest was checked in to our room and walked in while my 8 year old was in the shower. Breakfast is served till 10 but by 9 there was nothing left don’t know if they didn’t have enough breakfast employees to re-fill the stations.

Our stay here was fun. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel right on the boardwalk and the beach less than five minutes away. We will stay here again.

It is very slow getting an elevator had to take the stairs to the 6th floor several times. Breakfast was very limited every morning and what was available was not very good

The hotel was very clean, check in was great, staff was very nice and helpful. Great location We will be back

I had an amazing experience. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious! The only concern is the that the pillows are not comfortable.

I chose this property due to proximity to the airport and the advertised amenity of airport transportation provided. When I checked in the front desk agent was possibly having a bad day. She was not interested in friendly interaction. After her less than welcoming check in, I inquired about how to set up airport transportation. Her response was "If it's even available." She did not inquire what my needs were, and having access to my reservation, she was well aware I was only staying one night. I elected to order an Uber for my needs, which cost well over $40, but I certainly didn't want to "put her out" any more than my presence clearly had. Upon arriving to the room, the cleanliness was subpar. There was black mold on the ceiling/wall joint in the sleeping space, as well as black mold in the bathroom. The room was, you could tell, was given a quick once over, but no real housekeeping had taken pace. When turning on the heating/cooling unit it emitted a terrible odor (as did the elevator space). It was very loud and you could hear everything the people above us were doing and saying. The bathroom towels had an unpleasant odor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is excellent with many stores and restaurants right on the property. The breakfast needs improvement very bland and same choice almost everyday.

The front desk were great. Smiling and gave us some general directions and suggestions for what’s around. The only complaint is the snack bar is super expensive make sure to bring your own drinks/snacks

The hotel is extremely clean, beautiful rooms and the front desk staff (particularly Randy) were very accommodating. This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in at Myrtle beach- with a great location.
