I chose this property due to proximity to the airport and the advertised amenity of airport transportation provided. When I checked in the front desk agent was possibly having a bad day. She was not interested in friendly interaction. After her less than welcoming check in, I inquired about how to set up airport transportation. Her response was "If it's even available." She did not inquire what my needs were, and having access to my reservation, she was well aware I was only staying one night. I elected to order an Uber for my needs, which cost well over $40, but I certainly didn't want to "put her out" any more than my presence clearly had. Upon arriving to the room, the cleanliness was subpar. There was black mold on the ceiling/wall joint in the sleeping space, as well as black mold in the bathroom. The room was, you could tell, was given a quick once over, but no real housekeeping had taken pace. When turning on the heating/cooling unit it emitted a terrible odor (as did the elevator space). It was very loud and you could hear everything the people above us were doing and saying. The bathroom towels had an unpleasant odor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were promised a check in at 4:00pm. When we arrived at 4:00pm, there were no rooms ready and the front desk lady said she had no idea when it would be ready. We kept checking back in 30 minute intervals and even let her know we had a dinner reservation that we were going to miss if we could not get checked in. Needless to say, we were finally checked in at 6:00pm and missed our dinner reservation. The front desk clerk and hotel should have to issue a credit or compensation for these types of issues. Not happy at all with the hotel!

Front desk didn’t have good communications skills. Another guest was checked in to our room and walked in while my 8 year old was in the shower. Breakfast is served till 10 but by 9 there was nothing left don’t know if they didn’t have enough breakfast employees to re-fill the stations.

Non Smoking room full of smoke! Would not move us to another room. Shower drain didn't drain. Water flow from sink faucet almost nothing.

Our stay here was fun. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel right on the boardwalk and the beach less than five minutes away. We will stay here again.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were pleased with the front desk service by Donna. The lobby area of the hotel was very clean and pleasant. We were able to find our room quickly and begin to settle in. This is when things took a turn. The room was very hot. Initially we thought the air was not working but upon further inspection, we could get the unit to turn on. Something was definitely wrong with the thermostat as we would turn the temperature up and the unit would turn on or vis a versa. There was a mini fridge in the room but it did not function. We didn’t complain as we weren’t planning to use it. The bathroom…. the ventilation in the bathroom was a huge issue. It absolutely did not get rid of any humidity from showering nor did it ventilate any odors that may be in a bathroom. We literally left it running while we went to dinner and returned to a smelling and steamy bathroom hours later. The icing on the cake was the small dog that barked constantly only a few doors down. The hotel overall was not horrific just the room. We enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning which was very nicely done. The pool and hot tub were satisfactory but not anything to write home about. Our son enjoyed working out in the fitness center. All the machines were in working order and it was very clean. We will probably choose to stay somewhere else in the future.

It is very slow getting an elevator had to take the stairs to the 6th floor several times. Breakfast was very limited every morning and what was available was not very good

The hotel was very clean, check in was great, staff was very nice and helpful. Great location We will be back

I had an amazing experience. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious! The only concern is the that the pillows are not comfortable.
