藍綠度假村港灣之光，Ascend Collection 度假村

Room was very nice, spacious and clean. Lots of amenities, the pools near the clubhouse are heated. Enjoyed being away from the frenzy of the tourist trap places. Warning though: the area where the hard rock park used to be has spike strips on the roads…your gps make take you that way and if you’re not paying attention could ruin your vacation…glad we saw that and avoided them! The grounds are nice and relaxing, we loved our visit!

The location was not near the water, but they made up for it by providing free passes to the state parks with great beaches. They also had excellent amenities at the resort. The most outstanding quality was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The staff went out of their way to make our family comfortable. They were gracious and kind. Our one bedroom place was well-maintained The pools were beautiful!

Wi-Fi was out the whole time one pool closed at dusk they are also freezing the bed in one room was broke if we didn’t spend what we did i would of left early as it is we did leave a day early

Staff was all amazingly, friendly and helpful. Lots of things were not working, though, the hot tub, the Wi-Fi and parking was an issue due to all the construction material. I think charging the resort fee when most of the things are not working is not great. Hopefully they get construction done and everything back to working. I will stay here again though because they were friendly and clean.

It was a struggle to even give them two stars. We reserved a two bedroom with two king size beds along with a pull out couch for two children. After checking in, we went to the room. There was only one bedroom with a king. The other had two queen size beds. There were cob webs hanging from the ceiling, no paper towels, a wobbly table, and a large sticky area on the carpet in front of the entire couch. There was construction in the next unit that stared early in the morning and went on the entire day. Good thing we did not come here for rest and relaxation. We went up to the front desk and informed them that we ordered a two bedroom with two kings. They explained that due to renovations, they accommodated us the best they could. If they would have called us and said they did not have a two bedroom with two kings we would have reserved elsewhere. Housekeeping came to the room and brought paper towels but could not remove the sticky stuff, on the carpet, in front of the couch. They said they’d let maintenance know. Later in the day we went back to the office and let them know maintenance never showed, they looked in the computer and did not see a work order. They put in a work order and we still never saw maintenance during our entire stay.
