Place near the ocean
The listing matched the photos. The condo was VERY tastefully decorated. The place is NOT ocean front but a very small side balcony with a broken chair. The beds were OK. I feel that the place could use some up keep - things were broken and light bulbs needed replaced. The pots and pans were dirty and well as the floors. There was an odor on entering the place and in the hallway. Communication with the owner was poor! The Carolinian overall is nice and safe - the pools are average but a plus is that it is a short walk from the beach. It is also centrally located. Parking is a block away which is not convenient at night. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom however the area that it is located needs cleaning. If we return to Myrtle, I would probably find another place to stay.
