This is not ONCE IN MYKONOS we definitely return again to this amazing hotel! Fantastic service, a warm welcome, everyone is there for you and nothing is too much. Here you experience the great greek hospitality. The hotel is new, incredibly clean, beautiful rooms, amazing views and for us a great location in the beautiful bay of Ornos, just a few kilometers from Mykonos town. Highly recommended! Thanks thanks to all the staf, you guys are great!

Wonderful Hotel! 10/10 on location, service, breakfast and attention to the client. I spent the best 4 days here. My wonderful holiday was organized by the magical manager of the hotel Vaso. She super professional manager. She is a magician! Vaso makes the impossible possible! Thanks to Vaso. I got tables at all the best restaurants in Mykonos without an appoin**ent. Oll my wishes came true instantly! Vaso is attentive to every client. All the hotel staff is very friendly. I got satisfaction from Mykonos thanks to the professionalism of all hotel staff. Thank you Once in Myconos! You are the best!

I visited with my wife in August 2023. This is one of the best hotels I have ever been in. It is new and lovely. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and with amazing view. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially George. The pool also is amazing eith a perfect view of Ornos, it looks like a postcard view. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, we loved everything that they had to offer. Everybody from the staff was all the time ready to help and always smiling. They even gave us a gift when we checked out wich was something I never experienced before. Will definitely recommend and hopefully we will come back again. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Hotel stupendo sospeso sulla baia di ornos,camera bella e spaziosa ,noi avevamo la camera con la piscina davanti ma era sempre sporca e poi dava sulla stradina interna del ed cui senza privacy .Personale gentile ma inesperto .colazione fantastica e posizione dell’hotel centrale .Ci torneremo perché è davvero stupendo peccato che alla partenza ci hanno regalato due bottiglie di olio che avendo il bagaglio a mano abbiamo dovuto lasciare in Aereoporto ,consiglio un regalo più utile e sopratutto ci hanno dato la borsina dell’hotel solo alla fine della vacanza mentre sarebbe stata utile durante per portare le cose in spiaggia .

Ik wilde graag een heel lange beoordeling schrijven, maar wil jullie dat graag besparen. Als je kiest voor dit Hotel, dan kan ik zeggen dat dit een Amazing Experience is. Ik heb samen met mijn vrouw al vele hotels bezocht over heel de wereld, maar over service en vriendelijkheid overtreft dit schitterend Hotel alle andere hotels. De staff maakt van jou verblijf werkelijk een onvergeten vakantie. Het ontbijt is werkelijk fantastisch, De kamers zijn lekker groot, en het uitzicht is hemels. Wij gaan zeker weer terug, en dan is er maar 1 Hotel waar we voor kiezen ALWAYS IN MYKONOS, want zo zou het eigenlijk moeten heten. Super leuk eiland, met als uitschieters Townhouse Mykonos, eten bij Buddha bar restaurant, en super paradise beach. Ook Mykonos stad niet te vergeten natuurlijk. Ik zou nog uren kunnen schrijven, maar hier laat ik het bij. Once in Mykonos bedankt . Jullie waren fantastisch, en hebben alle verwachtingen overtroffen. Tot snel.

Provavelmente a melhor experiência que já tive em relação ao serviço de um hotel. A equipe é 100% comprometida em tornar sua estadia perfeita e inesquecível. A Vaso, nossa concierge, foi sensacional em todos os momentos, deu todas as dicas e ajudas possíveis e imagináveis - fiquei doente e fiz uma teleconsulta com um médico, ela foi até a farmácia comprar os medicamentos que ele me receitou, me comprou um carregador de celular quando perdi o meu... enfim, tudo perfeito. A estrutura do hotel é fantástica, piscina maravilhosa, drinks maravilhosos no bar da piscina, o café da manhã também é variado e tudo muito gostoso (a la carte)... nosso quarto foi liberado antes do horário do check in... em resumo, tudo perfeito. Gostaria de ter podido ficar por mais tempo. Com certeza é um hotel que devo voltar futuramente e que recomendo a todos. Não poderia ter tido uma estadia mais perfeita.

El hotel genial.. y la atencion insuperable ..

We have just got back from a wonderful stay at Once in Mykonos. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were so helpful! (Especially Janis and Gregory 😄). The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful. We also loved the location, slightly quieter than Mykonos town but Ornos beach is a great location, with lots of places to eat and an easy bus ride away from the old town. The view from our room was stunning. We highly recommend this hotel and would be back in a heartbeat if we could. Thank you for making our holiday perfect!

It was a beautiful experience, the hotel was still new when we visited, but the staff was super friendly and trying to make a good experience for the guests, we had the suite with private pool with the amazing sea view and very private, Vaco is the best concierge ever in Mykonos and she will help you with everything she was amazing, the only small problem we faced is sometimes buggy wasn’t available so we had to take the long stairs to go up to the room which was a bit hectic sometimes.
