伊普瑞斯別墅(The Villa Express)

Two nights while attending a wedding nearby, ideal stopping place. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. TV was a bit dated but served its purpose. Highlight was the shower, no issue with pressure, could easily stay in it all day lol

First Time Here at Villa Express But There Is Much Better Accommodation Out There At a Better Price £ The Reception Staff Were Extremely Friendly and Helpful And Sam Was Such a Professional With Help and Advice Brilliant She is a Trye Asset But My Room Was Terrible Noises all Night From The Heating Radiators And The Shower Was Shocking Everything Fallen apart ,My Tip Avoid Room ( 6)

Spotlessly clean room towels bedding etc all good quality.Staff very friendly and helpful . Would definitely stay again . For the price extremely good value.Convenent for motorways and local eateries.

Stayed here over the Xmas period. We stay here regularly as we have family near by. Place is starting to get tired. As are any guests that stay here , mattress was terrible springs sticking into your back and very uncomfortable matched with pillows as thick as slight of bread. Come on management , your staff keeps room lovely and clean get some maintenance done and upgrade a little, rooms and beds still same as was in premier inn days

Just a 1 night stay meeting friends, lovely friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable, really good location and prices really good Keep up the good work!!

Lovely friendly staff, slept very comfortably, decor is a bit outdated, and there's no breakfast/eatery on site, plus the walls are a bit thin, so I could hear other occupants but overall it was a good stay and budget friendly.., it did the job!

Lovely staff especially Luciana she is amazing can have a chat with her about anything stu and Jan are amazing aswell would recommend to my family and friends would say this is the best hotel about we've been here 16 days nw you can ask for top up on coffee tea sugar and milk

When we booked up we were not advised that the restaurant was closed so there was no breakfast or dinner. We had all travelled by train so had to get taxis in the morning and evenings to get food. We certainly would not have stayed here had we known. We have stayed here before and now the hotel is in need of refurbishment.

Super dirty only thing clean was the bed and toilet. Walls are paper thin so next doors party of multiple guests stopped my son from sleeping and myself due to hearing their conversations and dreadful taste in music. Shower was disgusting with dirt in the main tray not just grime on the outside.
