One of the best property in Mussoorie we stayed here 3 nights.. it was amazing experience with Madhuban Sarovar Portico...warm welcoming staff specially reception staff Mr. Ajay and Hasim both are good in their work. Our experience at the property was not very pleasant due to the ***ager (Mr. Narrotam) of the property, who was not aware as to how to be in the hospitality business. The rude behaviour rather misbehavior and insult made our experience terrible. The washrooms had bath tub that we were asked not to use due to drainage problem but at the same time showers were installed over the tub. The tub was in such a bad condition and was slanted due to which we fell as well while using the shower (as there as no other option). One good thing was other staff especially the restaurant. Mr. Yogesh took care of us very well, which we really appreciate his efforts. ***agement really needs to work around other things.

Very good food, warm and friendly staff Excellent location and very large rooms. Only washrooms are not smaller compared to the room. Room was well equipped with all amenities. We took valley view room with balcony. And in the end it was a great food.. hand made pizza was simply mind blowing . Overall hospitality and staff were really amazing!!
