Housekeeping service was stupendous and overall as well. Specific I needed to appreciate about Gaurav & Rohit both were on toes to help us out and made us comfortable. I really recommend my friends to visit here and get host by these twoo Kudos Gaurav & Rohit

We checked on 22/4/24 Our stay was amazingly comfortable Staff was cooperative n humble Food was excellent Cleanliness was above normal Specifically Dilip Dass GM deserves a special compliment for his awesome effort to run the establishment They are putting super hospitable effort

Firstly, this is my 6th Visit here, as I trust this place for Quality and comfort. Then this time somethings changed since my last visit i.e. the PERFECT CHEF they had last time but this time Food was Good with a change in flavour. Staff is very good and caring which they are always as they have personal touch. They took care of every need and Tantrum of my Baby princess very well. Rooms are super clean with fresh clean towels and bedsheets and Good Quality Bathroom amenities. There perfect clean free car pick up and drop till Picture palace, which is the best. I have only one request PLEASE MAKE GOOD CHAI which they use to have the best till last time. Last but not the least YOU ARE THE BEST BE THE BEST ALWAYS

The place is awesome with really beautiful interiors. The lobby has a beautiful Victorian look. The hospitality and the staff is so good that anyone would have ever experienced before. Totally recommend the place in Mussoorie, one of the best stays in our 3 times travel here.

Calm and clean place to relax and spend time with your family. The staff is very courteous and friendly. We stayed here for 2 days, but would love to come back again.

What a beautiful property. Excellent service. What a nice staff. The spa therapist Leena was on off but she came running for my therapy. Very thankful to her. Also the housekeeping ***ager Mr. Virendra took time out to show me the temple nearby as it was Navratri. What a divine experience. And for an awesome chat i bumped into Mr. Dileep, the property ***ager and his experience speaks volumes. I loved this place! I’m going to come back soon.
