Very, well maintained property, premium rooms having a very good view and hot / cold AC makes them very comfortable, Priti, Mampi, Chef ***pal and all staff very helpful and courteous. Very neat and well maintained property. Food also quite nice

Stay was quite comfortable and break fast was good with lot of options. Mampi and Rohit were very helpful during the stay. Property is Located on the backside of mall road which is city centre. Parking is very small had to park our vehicle on road.

We had a wonderful 5 days in mussoorie. The hotel ***ager and staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend staying here. The hotel was close to the Mall Rd and there was plenty of things to see within walking distance. Taxis could be arranged by the hotel for venturing further afield

Smiling faces friendly extremely helpful staff which goes the extra mile . Service quality needs a professional touch with basic orientation of fine Customer service . This can be done with periodic expert orientation. Need to put direction signs to hotel from place when we enter Mussoorie

The food was really good and the staff was also very supportive. Both Kiran and sandeep were really helpful. Also the dosas were really tasty and crispy. It was a great experience visiting here. The rooms were also nice and the view from the room was also pretty decent

We have been visiting this place from a very long time on a regular basis… however the changes in last 3 4 months are exceptional… The breakfast has been improved a lot… ***ipal and his team is doing a good job….also, I would like to mention Aniket as he is working so hard to get things done….

it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Situated amidst the breathtaking hills of Mussoorie, this hotel provided the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service provided by the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly escorted to my beautifully appointed room with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The room itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for.

We booked the Luxe terrace room the view of which was super amazing ..food is above expectation...wow wow wow...superb staff ..everything on time ..served us everytime with a sweet smile..lovely staff..a big applause for all of them... GM Mr Deepak ji was very helpful in selecting for the room of our preferences... must book property ..
