Très déçu, chambre vieillotte et mal insonorisé. Banquettes des communs tachées. Lumière alternative. Je pense qu'il faudrait revoir la note excellence. Par contre, le personnel est très accueillant. De ma chambre, une jolie vue sur les toits des bâtiments voisins. Bouilloire avec couvercle cassé et obligé de la débrancher pour l'éteindre. Etc...

My experience right from the check in was totally awful. We checked in by around 3PM on 1st Sep 2023 and were welcomed by the arrogant attitude of receptionist. What we see in virtually is entirely different from what we actually get once we check in. Pictures in the internet are deceiving. We even told about such a surprise between the virtual claim Vs reality to the receptionist and his reply was a sweet smile as if he is hearing it for the 'nth' time. Upon getting in, there was more disappointment as one of the room toilets was stenchy. There were no towels in the toilet and had to remind the reception three times for getting it. Moreover, the toilets are really small without proper lighting and looks untidy. Rooms are exactly as seen in the photos, but the property is old and so is the ceiling cracks etc. As per the virtual claim, it has a great balcony view, but the balcony actually opens to a colony kind of an area in the immediate vicinity and ofcourse the sceanic beauty far away. Rooms are priced exhorbitantly high considering the facilities provided. Only attraction is the proximity to town and there are lot of eating joints nearby. But there are many other properties nearby which would be at a much lesser price. Previous day's dishes could be seen in front of the rooms even during the next day afternoon which shows the kind of hygienic standards maintained by the hotel. Final recommendation - Please go for this only if there are no other option.

It’s not really the hotels fault but we were there in December and there is a carnival very nearby and the music is so loud - it reverberated through our room constantly. Thumping loud music right through the day , you couldn’t read or relax at all . Luckily it stopped at 11.30 pm but it was awful . ( and I very very rarely write bad reviews )Hotel is a bit of a dump and they didn’t service our room . Very minimal non Indian food options but we were only foreigners so that’s obviously not their market. Only positive is that they were very good at organising a bday cake I ordered which I really appreciated.

The room we got is very good. Room condition is good and all the amenities are there. Morning buffet breakfast is also good. overall we experience a good stay there. Cooperation of staff is also good.

Very nice experience. Location is good. You can get local restaurants to Hifi restaurants near by. Rooms are very spacious. Toilet amenities are good. Recommended for family with kids. Parking is available. Reception staffs are courteous.

not worth it... very old ,way too higher compared with others hotels... rooms were bigger but amenities were not good compared with others... just being at the heart of the city doesn't mean to have higher priced rooms... not worth it...we paid 6k room for a room but it was really worthless... not recommended to any ...
