"We didn't actually stay at this hotel. However, they do offer half-day and full-day hiking tours around Munnar, and we opted for the full-day experience. Our guide was Felix, and we set off punctually from the hotel. We hiked directly uphill through the tea plantations to the highest point. Once at the top, Felix served us a delicious breakfast of omelette, toast, and fresh fruit. The views were stunning! Felix thoughtfully left us to enjoy our breakfast while he went ahead to scout the path. Afterward, we faced a very steep and slippery descent through tall grass. It was quite challenging, as it was difficult to see where we were stepping. However, the remainder of the path was well-maintained. It was a beautiful hiking trail with lovely viewpoints. We also appreciated that Felix took us to another viewpoint for lunch, where he served us bread with a delicious potato curry. Felix was thoroughly professional as a guide throughout the tour. For instance, when we were having breakfast, he left us to scout the path ahead. He actually discovered a dangerous water buffalo, and we paused for about 30 minutes until the area was safe. Additionally, when one participant felt so unwell that they had to cut the hike short, Felix immediately attended to them and arranged for a tuk-tuk to take them back to the hotel. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this hiking tour!"

"Location: The property is located away from the hassle of the city. Quiet and Calm environment. Property: You can clearly tell this is an Old property which has been upgraded to reach today's standard of a resort. All must haves are there. Food: Breakfast is a buffet, Lunch & Dinner are Ala-carte or Buffet depending on the number of guests. The food was Amazing (Ala-carte) good (Buffet). Staff: Friendly staff and quick service of your needs. I stayed there for 3 nights and overall if u are a person who loves to slow the pace and soak in peace then this one is for u. There are some minor things like old latches for doors, small insects flying around during dinner which can be ignored. IMO u not paying for luxury but for a calm getaway from today's fast paced world."

"We, a family of four from Ernakulam, had enjoyed the most beautiful stay at Chandy's Drizzle Drops on May 16th and 17th. The staff at the reception , housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff, and all other staff were so friendly, kind and generous. They made us feel at home. They were there whenever we were in need! You were the best, Thank you guys!! We had been to many nice resorts in Munnar in the past, but all those were nowhere near Drizzle Drops! The room was so pretty , neat and very well maintained. The bath was excellent with a huge tub which our children loved a lot. The bathroom was extremely neat and tidy. The room has a spacious balcony which offers you the loveliest view ever. When you wake up in the morning and you think there is a marvelous scenic poster infront of you! That outstanding was the view from the resort. We were literally living inside the clouds! The lofty majestic mountains, talk trees kissing the sky, fluffy white clouds that come to visit your room! The lush green garden is well maintained and a lot of sweet little birds were twittering around. Bulbuls and wagtails often dashed across the balcony which I loved a lot...The swimming pool was so nice, well maintained and had ample warm water supply. My twins enjoyed the most there. There was a nice terraced area where they host tea tasting, also a cozy area for campfire. Unfortunately we missed both due to evening rainfall. The food was nice, the breakfast buffet spread was excellent. I hope I didn't miss any details, but if at all I did, do consider that everything was cute and cozy in this wonderful piece of a place!
