Sehr gute znd zentrale Lage in München, freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter am Enpfang, alles bestens!

Ottimo hotel a Monaco! Personale della reception molto gentile e reattivo. Bella e tranquilla camera. La sorpresa è stata una bottiglia di acqua minerale e una bottiglia di birra per il Benvenuto. A nostra disposizione c'erano anche una macchina da caffè con caffè in capsule, un bollitore per l'acqua calda con bustine di tè. Se hai bisogno di stirare i tuoi vestiti nell'armadio troverai un asse da stiro e un ferro da stiro. Comodo bagno con cabina doccia. Colazione molto ricca e varia. Minibar ben fornito. Posizione molto buona Le fermate U-ban e S-ban sono raggiungibili a piedi. È possibile acquistare i biglietti della metropolitana presso la reception.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a small bar and a little restaurant. There is some parking available but not many spaces and a member of staff parks the cars in the tight spaces for you.Parking is 15 Euro per day at Hotel or 11 Euros on the street ( but not always many spaces). We could walk to some great restaurants and the area felt very safe for a large city. There was a small mini market and some coffee shops within 5 mins. Getting into Munich was a 40 mins walk or 3.90 Euro pp on ubahn. Ubers were about 13 /17 Euros. We had some free water in the room on arrival. Breakfast is available, but we didn't try. For us, the only negative was the 3rd bed for our adult daughter, which was a sofa bed with a thin mattress topper, which was not that comfortable.

Camera con moquette sporca , bagno imbarazzante …doccia inaccessibile. Colazione scarsa . Parcheggiatore scorbutico. Unica nota positiva la receptionist. Prezzo assolutamente inadeguato per i servizi offerti . Sconsigliatissimo

Camera piccola visto che abbiamo usato anche il divano letto,con tanto di polvere ovunque,pavimento sporco e macchiato. Se sentiva chiunque passava nel corridoio.Bagno piccolo e scomodo senza finestra o aerazione e senza phon. Si moriva di caldo dentro la stanza e non potevamo regolare la temperatura. Con 15€ ti propongo la colazione,accetti ma quando ti presenti la mattina visto che la sala è minuscola ti dicono che è pieno e nel caso deve aspettare. Assurdo. Piccolo e scomodo parcheggio a pagamento. Non è da 4*. Posizione buona.

Hotel New Orly is a great hotel. All the staff are extremely kind and super helpful. We loved staying at hotel New Orly. There is mayor construction at the front of the hotel, it is a bit loud but there is double glazing windows which helps alot. The construction starts at 7am and ends at 6pm. There is a wonderful breakfast spread in the morning. The is also a big supermarket called Rewe just 100 meters behind the hotel. So don’t use google maps because it shows you a place called Lidl which is much further away and not as good as Rewe Some rooms don’t have balcony’s but that is better because if you have one, the size of the balcony is reduced from your room, which would make your smallish room smaller. There is a gym and sauna located downstairs. The hotel is located in a good area and you can get a Taxi from the front desk. There is also a bar. An a built in restaurant, but it is very busy so you will struggle to find a seat if your a family The TV connection is spotty not all channels work, there was no air con remote in our room, but it was -3 degrees so it wasn’t needed, the bathroom is extremely tiny but useable. If you are traveling to Munich overseas we recommend you download the MAPS.ME app which lets you download the map and use the services without a WiFi connection which is very useful when finding restaurants/shops etc. Housekeeping was not super good, they never gave us new sugar nor milk, we had to go to the shops and buy milk. They never put the pillows back on the couch in the morning, all they did was clean dishes, make bed, and give fresh towels, disappointing for a 4 star hotel. But this does not impact how great Hotel Orly is. The minibar is extremely over priced, so we recommend you go buy stuff at the Rewe 100m away from the hotel. Munich is extremely safe and nice, so don’t worry about walking at night alone. Hotel New Orly is a absolutely amazing hotel! Hotel New Orly = ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Leider nicht das gebuchte Zimmer sondern eine Kategorie drunter bekommen, obwohl auch mehr bezahlt habe. Sonst aber schönes Hotel und gute Lage aber nicht im großen Getümmel. Würde ich wieder buchen.
