Leider war die Stimmung in dem ansonsten sehr hübschen Haus sehr unterkühlt und man hatte den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter aufgrund von Anweisungen der Geschäftsleitung nicht sehr motiviert, freundlich und unaufmerksam waren.
Es kann beispielsweise keine Zwischenrechnung erstellt werden und ein Deposit wird zusätzlich auf der Kreditkarte geblockt, was mir bis dato noch in keinem Hotel unterkam. Man fühlte sich nicht wirklich willkommen...

Konumu metroya 2 dakika olup istediğimiz merkeze metro ile trafiksiz gitme imkanı sağlıyordu. Temiz ve konforlu aile odamız vardı 4 kişi konakladık. Özellikle kahvaltısı başarılıydı teşekkürler Augustine ✌

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel an hervorragender Lage direkt neben der Theresienwiese. Es ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist freundlich. In der Tiefgarage gibt es Ladestationen für E-Autos zu einem sehr fairen Preis von 38Cent/KWh (Stand 9. Dezember 2023). Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Brezeln am Frühstücksbuffet sind eine Beleidigung für bayrische Brezeln. Die sind gerade mal halb so gross wie meine Hand und dadurch so hart, dass sie eher an die kleinen Salzbrezeln als an richtige bayrische Brezeln erinnern.

Estaba todo muy limpio y el hotel está muy nuevo, la insonorización y la climatización eran lo mejor. En cuanto al personal, percibimos grandes diferencias en el trato entre unos miembros del staff y otros. Algún camarero en el desayuno tuvo gestos bruscos y maleducados. Otros, muy profesionales y encantadores. Como sugerencia, en las cenas había una carta reducida de lunes a miércoles y otra más amplia de jueves a domingo. Nos hubiera encantado que todos los días estuviera la carta ampliada.

Rene, pene & stilige rom med utsikt mot hagen.
Vi reiste som familie med 3 barn - vi fikk køysenger med forheng som barna syns var skikkelig stas!
Gjennomført lekker stil & behjelpelig personal.
Tommel opp for parkering i anlegg tilknytta hotellet.

Muito boa estadia, recomendo hotel, local lindo e aconchegante. Equipe super atenciosa. Café da manhã de ótima qualidade (só não tem bolo). Amenidades como recomendação - disponibiliza chaleira elétrica no quarto porem não disponibiliza café ou chá, box não tem barra de apoio e prateleira para sabonete ou shampoo, tem de deixar no chão.

Camera quadrupla bellissima grande e pulita, vicino alla fermata metro, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. se dovessi ritornare a Monaco alloggerei sicuramente in questo hotel

This hotel was really nice, clean, friendly staff and not too far of a walk each day from the main part of town. The front desk staff gave us some great dinner recommendations in the area too. Breakfast options from the buffet were really great too.
