羅森海姆城市設計飯店(Moma1890 Boutique Hotel)

Hotel carino in una zona ai margini del centro di Monaco. Ho dormito una notte trovandomi in zona per lavoro. Ho fatto check-in verso le 22.00, nessun problema perché la reception è aperta 24h - ma il parcheggio in garage era completo e ho dovuto trovare un posto nelle vie limitrofe, non è stato proprio semplicissimo. Camera essenziale, ma pulita e ben tenuta. L’hotel offre free drink, di cui non ho usufruito ma comunque l’ho trovato apprezzabile. Colazione abbastanza minimal, ma completa!dal dolce al salato per 15€. Personale non brilla per simpatia, ma comunque tutto sommato cordiale.

Ein charmantes Hotel mit allem, was mir wichtig ist: sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, Zimmer in durchdachtem Design mit genügend Platz, ein reichhaltiges Frühstück in einem angenehmen Speisesaal. Eine nette Überraschung ist die Möglichkeit, sich kostenlos alkoholfreie Getränke an der zentral zugänglichen Bar zu nehmen. Die Lage unweit des Werksviertels war für meinen Kurzaufenthalt optimal. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Das MoMa1890 ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit vielen Designerstücken - Möbel, Lampen, tolle Tapeten und Gardinen. Es liegt zentral am Ost-Bahnhof, ideal um München zu erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit egal ob Empfang, Nachtportier, Zimmer- oder Frühstück-Damen. Super, dass man Fahrkarten an der Rezeption kaufen kann, Soft-Getränke gratis nehmen darf und alkohol. Getränke zu sehr moderatem Preis erwerben kann.

Sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel, sehr chic eingerichtet und alles sehr gut gepflegt. Tolles Treppenhaus, Frühstücksraum stilvoll. Zimmergröße vollkommen ok, Bad groß, sauber und gepflegt. Besonders: Freundlichkeit des Services beim Frühstück, auf Zack ohne hektisch zu sein Frühstück: top, sehr lecker, sehr frisch, bio-waren , immer sofort nachgefüllt, Aufschnitt. + Käse lecker und keine standardware Lage: Super, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür, super schöne Umgebung: viele Plätze, viele parks, schöne Cafés, zu Fuß zur Isar in ein paar Minuten Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen

Sehr nettes Hotel, verkehrsgünstig gelegen und super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ein Parkplatz kann reserviert werden, das Parkhaus befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig mit viel Platz, hell und ruhig (wir haben ein „Silent Room“ zum Innenhof gebucht, dort haben wir wirklich nichts vom Verkehr mitbekommen). Das Frühstück hervorragend, klein aber sehr fein. Toll, wenn man mal wieder weiße Tischdecken, eine frische Blume und freundliche Servicemitarbeiter geboten bekommt. Verkehrstechnisch 1a gelegen, am Ostbahnhof fahren diverse S-Bahnen, Busse und die Tram (5-6 Stationen bis zur Innenstadt) ab. Sehr zum empfehlen!

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums gelegen und liegt an einer befahrenen Hauptstrasse, aber das meiste hat gepasst. Nicht-alkoholische Getränke und Snacks sind gratis, auch Kaffee. Das Hotel verfügt über zwei Elektroladestationen und ein sicheres Parkhaus. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm, die Betten bequem.

I stayed at the Moma1890 for 6 nights-3 nights more than I had planned, thanks to an unprecedented snow fall and ice. My flight was cancelled twice, as were other guests flights and the hotel staff could not have done enough to help me extend my stay-I was allowed to keep my room, thankfully, and this was much appreciated. I had a Quiet Single Room, perfect for one person and I cannot emphasise how quiet it was. You would not think a hotel in them middle of Munich would be quiet but the rooms at the back really *are* quiet. I had excellent night's sleeps. The room was warm and cosy (the heating was excellent)-and could be adjusted to your liking. The shower pressure and temperature of the water were excellent and of a very high standard. The complimentary water and coffee were appreciated-there are snacks available too but I didn't take any. The breakfast was good but my only complaint is that there wasn't enough options for plant-based diets. I would have loved to have had plant-based yoghurt and plant-based/vegan cheese. I got tired of having a roll with marmalade each morning. Other than the breakfast, I was 100% satisfied with the hotel. A special thanks to Martin, Karolina, Saheed and another young man, all on reception-I think his name was Marcel/Marcil? I can't remember his name but he was there on two or more of the days I was there and he was so kind and helpful with directions, etc. The entire team could not have been more accommodating and I would not hesitate to stay here again if/when I return to Munich. Thank you for being so helpful during a very stressful week.

Quiet hotel, amazing sleep, really helpful staff-right in the heart of Munich. I spent 6 nights at this hotel-3 nights more than planned due to an unprecedented snowfall. The hotel reception team were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing me to keep my room for the 3 extra nights (I wasn't forced to change room). I had a Quiet Single room which was perfect for one person and was sooo quiet-I have never slept so well. The heating worked really well-the bathroom was spacious and the shower was incredible-hot and the pressure was excellent. Complimentary water was appreciated as was the complimentary coffee facilities near the breakfast room. The location of the hotel is perfect for travelling by train-it's literally across the street and there is even an entrance right outside the hotel. A lot of restaurants within walking distance-I found a lovely Spanish Tapas one, and a Vietnamese one. I would definitely return if I ever come to Munich again. A special thanks to Martin, Karolina (I think it's spelled with a K (?)-(apologies Carolina if I forgot), Saheed and there was another lovely young man who's name I forgot....Marcil/Marcel (?). They were all so very kind and helpful during what became a very stressful trip for me.
