桑提斯飯店(Hotel Santis)

Nos sentimos estafados por este hotel. Nos cancelaron el vuelo a Munich por las fuertes nevadas con el aeropuerto de la ciudad cerrado y sin posibilidad de llegar. Escribimos al hotel para comunicar la situación y también a través de Booking, pero aún así el hotel nos cobró como si hubiéramos cancelado por no querer ir. Además de no poder disfrutar de las vacaciones en la ciudad, tuvimos que pagar por no poder ir. Lo dicho, una estafa. Les da igual que la cancelación haya sido por motivos ajenos al viajero, te la cobran igual. Seguro que si vamos a Múnich, no iremos a este hotel.

Staff gentilissimo, posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla metro e dal centro, colazione ottima.

Der in der Beschreibung angegebene Hotelparkplatz war viel zu winzig für ein Hotel dieser Größe. Bereits bei meiner Ankunft um 16:00 kein Platz mehr frei und ich musste außerhalb suchen. Bei meiner Rückkehr am zweiten Abend funktionierte die Codeksrte nicht und ich kam nicht mehr ins Zimmer. Niemand mehr da, eine der beiden angegebenen Notrufnummern existiert nicht. Unter der zweiten war jemand erreichbar, aber es dauerte lange, bis tatsächlich jemand mit Ersatzksrte kam, offenbar ist im Gebäude selbst niemand vom Hotel ständig anwesend.

Handy location close to the metro. Good value during Oktoberfest. Staff spoke great English on reception. There was a bit of communication breakdown on the bill and leaving but all got sorted remotely, next time I'd pay on arrival. Room size was good but no AC. Thankfully it wasn't too hot at night. Breakfast was nice but a little limited for English tourists. We loved Munchen and the Oktoberfest was great fun. Interesting to see all the traditional outfits and the beautiful building's. I'm really interested in visiting Bavaria again and would use this hotel as a base again for a slightly longer stay

Bus station in front of the hotel , easy accesss to public transportación.

We stayed at Hotel Santis for Oktoberfest, and it was great. Located within walking distance to transit and had food options nearby. Clean hotel and good breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice comfortable room and great breakfast. Excellent bar/restaurant next door (Krambambuli) which is part of the hotel. Easy walk (5-10 minutes) to Holzapfelkreuth U-Bahn station (line U6) and from there it's a short journey to Marienplatz.

The location of the hotel is very close to the U6 station, which is very convenient. Overall stay was good. The only downside is that the internet connection is terrible.
