豪瑟大學飯店(Hotel Hauser an der Universität)

Camera singola oggettivamente minuscola, come chiaramente indicato al momento della prenotazione. E però design e pulizia davvero curati, ottima colazione, personale disponibile, posizione eccellente per università e collegamenti ai mezzi pubblici.

Hotel vicino al centro di Monaco e a pochi passi dalla metropolitana, posizione ottima. Struttura molto pulita con colazione a buffet.

Started out in Hannover; was going to do some business there (Messe), then drive south, eventually hitting Munich after Ocktoberfest. However, I made the mistake of renting a car thu Priceline (RentalCar.com) to be picked up at Hertz HAJ. I got there late & they had rented the car & no other car was available as it was Messe. Called RentalCar.com to get a partial refund which they finally agreed to (after speaking with the HAJ Hertz manager & less their automatic 3 day penalty) but the have not paid anything. Don't rent a car thru Priceline and especially thru RentalCar.com! Plus the latter are liars. So I did not make it to Munich this time (stayed up north) but I have stayed at Hotel Hauser on previous trips to Munich. I can strongly recommend them: reasonable rates, nice rooms, clean & quiet, and located in the center of the city (plus has a great breakfast).

Das Hauser ist ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel mitten in Schwabing. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Haus, das aber Topp in Schuss ist. Die Zimmer sind aktuell renoviert und blitzsauber, die Betten 1A. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist überaus reichhaltig. Alles in allem: eine sehr empfehlenswerte, preiswerte Adresse nahe der Uni und fußläufig zu den Pinakotheken.

Hotel Hauser is a family-run hotel since 1938. The Entrance & lobby is on the ground floor, Reception & Breakfast on 1st floor with 4 floors of rooms the layout & style is human-scale and warm. Staff is welcoming and breakfast is a tasty variety. Rooms seem to be singles (I had a very nice one) and doubles. Location is in Maxvorstadt just a couple of blocks from the Universitat U, and a friendly neighborhood with shops, bars & grocery stores. I would be delighted to return!

The hotel is located within walking distance from the University, Marien Platz and other central institutions. The staff is super friendly, breakfast is very tasty and great variety of food is available. I enjoyed my staying at the hotel, and am looking forward to my visit in August. They even serve breakfast in real Rosenthal china. I felt like queen.

It was fortuitous I had found this hotel as there was scarcity of hotel rooms in the centre of Munich. The hotel is small with a ground floor lobby and a first floor lobby. I rented the triple room, top floor room but be forewarned there is no lift access. You can take it to the fourth floor then climb a flight of stairs. Rooms are very comfortable and it seems, as other reviewers have pointed out, take great care and pride in running the hotel. There is a breakfast included and includes cold cuts, cheese, bread and other items making up the German breakfast. Great staff and value for money. Well located about 20 mins walk to Marienplatz and is in a university area. Would definitely recommend it.

Es fing mit dem herzlichen persönlichen Kontakt zur Hotelbuchung per Telefon an. Die Spätankunft war kein Problem für das Hotel. Das Zimmer klein, aber fein, sehr, sehr sauber, ausgezeichnete Matratzen. In der Lage Schellingstr. verhinderten mehrfach verglaste Fenster jegliche Ruhestörung von außen. Eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer machten die sommerlichen Temperaturen erträglich. Das Frühstück (inkl. Übernachtungspreis) war die Wucht, Tageszeitungen, Ankreuzblatt zur Auswahl der individuellen Frühstücksvorlieben, charmante Kleinigkeiten: Kleine Zeichnungen auf dem Frühstücksei , Fußballserviette nach dem ersten EM - Deutschlandspiel...nette Überraschungen am Morgen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bei jedem zukünftigen Besuch in MUC dieses Hotel wählen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
