蘇杭安飯店(Hotel Shubhangan)

I would like to share my experience here: 1. There was no power supply at the hotel during the whole night of 26-27 April when I was staying there. As a result, the lights, fan, AC, elevator, intercom, etc were not functioning. I had to spend the whole night in a stuffy room with no ventilation or light, and could not sleep. There was no staff available to listen to the problems or do anything about it. 2. The hotel does not have room service or tea coffee supplies (tea bags, etc in the room). The hotel does not have a kitchen. 3. The breakfast was not available till 0830 hours when I had to check out. They said they serve breakfast only after 0900 hours in the morning. Breakfast was included in my package but not served. 4. The staff is untrained, uneducated and rude at times. 5. There is no senior staff or ***ager available at the hotel at any time to speak with customers, if required. When I requested the ***ager to meet me I was told he stays in another town and will take three hours to arrive. 6. The washroom floor was dirty, the fittings were loose and dysfunctional and supplies looked cheap and unusable. 7. The internet was non-functional all the time, power or no power.
