ホテルの周りが喧噪で庶民的な場所が好きな人には好いだろう。

Management de l'hôtel très décevant. Ils jouent avec l'honnêteté des clients. Ils chargent la totalité du séjour bien qu'à l'arrivée je les avais prévenu que j'allais quitter deux jours plus tôt. J'ai été honnête en leur payant la totalité mais le management n'a pas voulu jusqu'au bout me rendre l'équivalent de deux nuits (250€). Non professionnel et pas d'empathie et pas d'écoute du client Je suis un client insatisfait,tres déçu de n'avoir pas ete écouté

Greetings from Dubai ! My mother & myself were impressed by the friendly & attentive behavior of Reception staff. Special thanks to Ms. Rita & Mr. Farookh for doing a wonderful job, always with a welcoming smile which was truly refreshing. Thank you to Housekeeping & Room Service for their on-time response. One suggestion would be to have Non-Slip grip stickers or mat for Shower floor. Breakfast was good & aesthetically pleasing ***** with the restaurant ambience but will prefer if menu is changed to make it interesting daily for long staying guests. See you on our next trip. Keep up the good work :-)

I coming every year I like to stay here with friendly staff Good restaurants good breakfast Comfortable to travel every were Frount office staff is so nice and friendly nature Siddhi is so silent Ms. Khushi also so beautiful And mr . Danish and Rajesh also so corporative Over all services are good 👍😊

Hotel was very good with supporting staff.Thanks for such a nice hospitality,the food was very tasty,my whole team liked the food,next time when I visit Mumbai I would definitely prefere to stay in this hotel, cleanliness is also very good.

Stay was excellent, staff is very supportive and helpful. Khushi , Siddhi all are excellen, In restra Satish is excellent... Location of hotel is very convenient.. Rooms are clean.. Tariff is reasonable... Nice property for family stay...and corporate events

Hotel heritage is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread is really amazing with healthy options as well. They have been my regular place to stay since 2023. A shout-out to Siddhi for a very smooth check in and check out experience. She is excellent at her job. Will definitely be visiting soon again.

The room is neat and clean.. well maintained... breakfast also good and hygiene..overall it is best.. its located near by station. staaf also nice and good . happy with the stay khushi and siddhi help for the check out ..ill come again . polite staff and price also less
