All the staff were extremely helpful and their customer service was excellent. Checking in and checkout was easy. The breakfast was good and the staff there could not do enough to make it a good experience. Arun was exceptional and must be commended on making all the guests feel comfortable. The food was delicious and staff in the restaurant were good too. Overall a great experience.

The stay @Oriental Residency was not only a pleasant and peaceful one but also a very happy one as well. Right from the desk manager @Nithin Sir, the Head of the Restaurant @Arun Sir, the Overall Head, even the other assisting staff were polite, kind, caring and all out to help as and when asked for. Special mention to Arun Sir and Nithin Sir, who even went out of their way to make our stay with senior citizens a comfortable, at home one. Would pay my Gratitude to one and all and highly recommend the Property for stay to all. Regards

Kudos to Deepak for understanding my requirements and preferences. Nitin was very helpful & prompt. He's very quick to address any concerns. A big thank you to Arun @ Soul restaurant for his impeccable service. He always takes extra effort. His ability to delight guests is unmatched. Well Done Arun!

Worst place I have ever had the displeasure of staying. Rooms we’re discussing, shower was tiny and full of mould. I was booked into hotel for 11 nights, had to leave early with 10 nights still remaining. Manager agreed to repay me for 5 nights. That was early February 23, still no money. All they did was make faulse promises. The management lie, cheat, untrustworthy, deceitful. They don’ like tourist. Never ever again

This place was like a home away from home ...All the staff were really friendly caring helpful ..would definitely recommend this place also area is good for shopping too.plenty of tuk tuks out the front to waver them down...We really had a good time..Thankyou 👍🏻 😀

Good hotel, compact neat & clean. Staff were amazing.. very helpful. Excellent location.. will surly recommend it.. breakfast was good and staff in the breakfast counter were very helpful. Their recommendation was on spot. Good experience overall

Attended a birthday party at The Oriental Residency, Khar on 30th November, and it turned into a nightmare for many kids, including my daughter. She started vomiting and developed a fever later that night. Initially, we thought it was an isolated case, but soon, we found out that almost all the kids who attended the party suffered from food poisoning! The host of the party immediately raised a complaint with the management, expecting accountability and corrective action. Unfortunately, no action was taken, and there was no sense of responsibility from their side. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it concerns the health and safety of children. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking any event at this hotel. If hygiene and food safety are compromised, it poses a serious risk to guests. Hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures such incidents don’t happen again! #FoodPoisoning #UnsafeDining #OrientalResidencyKhar

The hotel can be cleaner. Cockroaches in toilets. Rooms are very small. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast on the first floor. The food very well prepared and different each day. Arun and Sunil from the restaurant were very friendly and offered good service. Will definitely recommend the breakfast.

Great hotel and great location. Rooms are a little dated but pretty good. Room information is not correct. We chose a premier King room as the description stated all 24 premier King rooms have a private balcony. We didn't have a balcony. I asked at reception and was told premier King rooms don't have a balcony, but I showed them the description which said premier King rooms have a balcony, they said the description is wrong, so I queried and said they should update room description to stop saying premier King rooms gave balconies if they don't have balconies.

Stayed here for a few nights with parents and a sibling. Rooms are too small and as for the bathrooms they are incredibly tiny. The WC are located in such an awkward position. Too close to the door. The shower leaks outside water when showering. The decor is outdated. Cleanliness is not a priority both in the rooms and in the corridors and staircases. Black dust on the bannisters. The reception area and the outside entrance area are nice, clean and deceiving but once you go to the rooms it is a completely different story. Breakfast was ok. Different types of eggs, Masala Dosa’s and Uttapams were available. Close to local shopping areas. Not sure that I would stay here again given how much they charged me for 2-3 nights stay. I’m sure that there will be better options to stay at.

The security was good. Front desk nice. Lunch on the 1st floor..Ravi..arun..Das...what a joy attending the birthday party today. Snacks both vegetarian and non vegetarian options were very good. Drink of sprite was OK. Lunch could not be eaten..but desserts were good..especially moong dal

The best value for the money. I stayed with my 91 year old father for a week. Location is close to Khar station and Linking Road shopping. The staff is very courteous. Morning breakfast is amazing. Includes Fruit Juices, Uttappam (custom made as you prefer), Dosai, Idli, Sambar, Paratha, Toast, etc. Arun Shetty (Breakfast staff) was amazing. Capuccino was great. After the first day, we didn't have to tell him if we take sugar in our coffee or not! Meat a couple from Chicago at breakfast - they visit Mumbai every year and stay at this hotel for full month! Our family will definitely stay at this hotel when we visit Mumbai.

Stay was really good and the most liked thing for us was their food. It was excellent. Nice hospitality from the staff. We really enjoyed our stay here in Oriental residency. Location is also super, you can enjoy almost all the sight seeing placea.

My first impression was very poor. I arrived at 10.30 pm exhausted only to be told I was not booked in until the next day. My mistake but what occurred next blew me away. I was given no assistance to locate somewhere to stay that night even though I asked for some. I was told to walk out the gate, turn right and walk down the road and there was another hotel further down the road. By now this was 11pm so here I am walking down a dark street alone wheeling a suitcase on an uneven road, never having been to India before, not the best welcome. I returned the next day and I must say it did improve. The staff in the Soul Restaurant were fantastic. The chefs would come out to talk and make sure everything was good. The wait staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The other staff I met at the reception desk were lovely. It was just the young lady from my first experience and that didn’t improve. She certainly needs more training in customer service. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff that looked after them were friendly and helpful. The gentlemen on the front gate were so friendly always greeting you with a smile and a friendly hello making you feel so welcome. On the whole I enjoyed my stay and I will return
