安泰麗晶飯店(Regent Hotel Andheri)

I wish I could select '0' star. But the system allows at least '1' rating. This is not a hotel but like a 'dhaba'. unhygienic washrooms, broken appliances, twin beds joined together to make a double bed and hence charging unethically for that. Last but not the least, fake promises by staff (Mr Patil) added with other staff's rudeness. NEVER NEVER GOR FOR THIS PROPERTY. I do not know why there are so many good reviews (do not know if those are sponsored or what) but my experience was pathetic! Such disguising information may lead to spoiling your holiday. I believe this is an eye-opening feedback for others. You can try nearby other hotels like Ginger, etc. But stay away from this property.

Regent hotel andheri is a well located property with good connectivity for business travel. The hotel staff are extremely cordial and always ready to help. A good breakfast spread, clean rooms and good w- fi connection. The food at the restaurant is reasonably priced. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would love to go back and stay at the property again.

Located at a silent area. Rooms are great. Room service is excellent. Just 2. 5 km away from airport.

My stay was comfortable. The staff of the hotel were also good. Complimentary breakfast would have been included in the tariff for all the inmates to give more comfort to the customers since there is no decent hotel in the near by area

Room is very good bathroom is spacious, it’s centrally located food in the buffet breakfast is very good it’s value for money.

This is a very old property and the rooms are looking so old and the fixtures wash rooms are also too old no value for the money which we spent. This must not be said as astar rated property.
