The hotel staff is really nice, have really good experience with Nagma. I had lunch and breakfast here, both are very delicious, and the staff is really good, as they served the food to us by themselves. Nagma is also very nice and helpful, I love the experience which I had here.

Having travelled for over three decades to ***y nations, i must admit that the staff of Lemon Tree Kalina, Mumbai try their level best to accommodate guests' [ often crazy ! ] de***ds while staying within the ambit of compliance. eg., Electrician Ankush went out of his way to resolve a technical issue in my room when there was an electrical outage. This experience of Customer Delight will stay with me for a long long time. The restaurant staff were amazingly polite and professional. It was a delight to start the day in their skilled hands every day. At the same time, the attitude of some of the senior members left a lot to be desired. I detected a flaw in the bill and had to point it out which was grudgingly accepted with a mere promise to rectify. I would be including both these experiences, good and bad, in my case studies with international audiences on good and not so good Customer Service.

I went for my son’s visa interview in US Consulate Mumbai. Lemon tree Kalina is just 10 mins from the places where biometrics/ interviews take place. Lemon tree Kalina is the best in terms of its proximity to US Consulate. We stayed overnight, the staff is courteous, linens were clean, warm complimentary breakfast was served which was very comforting as you rush to be on time as per slot provided. I would recommended it to everyone who need to go to US Consulate Mumbai for visa related work. It’s a budget, pocket friendly option for specific work related stay - “not to be compared with hotels where we go for vacations”. Mr Nempal - ***ager is very professional and goes out of his way to make one comfortable! I would recommend Lemon tree to all for above mentioned purpose.
