怡保山景

景色優美，環境寧靜，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，並配有兩個直通停車位，北歐簡約設計風格。 在這裡住了兩天，感覺很棒。全家人都對這房源讚不絕口。怡保少有的電動車友善公寓，社區設有7個充電樁。強烈推薦給來怡保的情侶和家庭遊客。我們一定會盡快再次入住。特別感謝房東在入住前後的關注與幫助。非常感謝！

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗！ 停車位就在樓下，靠近電梯，非常方便。房間乾淨整潔，日用品準備得也很齊全，還有提供毛巾。空間足夠大，可以住6個人，非常適合家庭出遊入住。下次來還會再訂！

四個人定了有閣樓的4人間，房子很漂亮，樓下也確實佈置得很歐式精緻風，拍照非常出片，但閣樓空間較小，衹是簡單放了個床墊，而且床墊很軟，兩個人睡很互相影響，導致兩晚都睡不太好。位置比較偏僻，走路到老黃芽菜雞1.5公里左右，打車司機經常找不到地方，本地朋友開車來找都會走錯，而且方圓1公里沒吃喝玩的，晚上比較黑。衞生和服務不錯，前台美眉懂中文。

Apartment was very spacious. Basic soaps were provided in toilets. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen and especially near the washing area. Security for the place was good though

位置和景觀都很好，正對著失落的世界。配備淨水器是加分項。 入住流程有點複雜。應該事先說明清楚，因為這間公寓的安排與其他公寓略有不同。通常要先在保全室掃描二維碼才能去大廳拿鑰匙。但這裡不一樣，它是一個獨立的區域。 此外，我不明白為什麼郵箱外的保全還要再詢問我的身分證/駕照、電話號碼等等資訊。我覺得掃描二維碼就夠了。 停車位實際上有兩個，而不是一個。如果有訪客，房東會說停在G層，但保全其實不允許訪客停車。這非常複雜混亂… 他們需要透過銀行轉帳把我們的押金交給房東。這是我第一次遇到這種情況。 而且超過24小時了，押金還沒退，催了兩次，房東才退了款，連個簡單的通知都沒有。

住在13樓,街景。 雙鍵單元因此其設備齊全,乾淨的房子。 2間臥室的單元配有餐廳,客廳,2間廁所和2間臥室。 大臥室,可以舒適地容納4人。 輕鬆入住,並提供清晰的指示 洗衣機適用於像我們這樣的長途旅行者。 謝謝大家,請繼續保持良好的服務和良好的房屋維護。

非常棒的住宿,適合家人。單位乾淨寬敞,足夠我們使用。提供1個停車位,就在大堂附近。入住也很容易。業主很快回應了我的問題和要求。水壺故障,儘管是週末,但他們第二天又給我們另一個。我的孩子在操場和游泳池玩得很開心。如果有機會還會再來。

The property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills. One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms. there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.

I had a generally pleasant stay at this homestay. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. A special mention to the security guard downstairs, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low—so much so that it made showering quite difficult and uncomfortable. Additionally, for a two-bedroom unit, only one access card was provided. This was quite inconvenient, as the card is required not only to enter the unit but also to use the elevator, making it challenging for multiple guests to move around freely. Overall, while the stay was comfortable and enjoyable in many aspects, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.

乾淨整潔。我不期待更多，因為我昨晚想睡覺。接待員不是很熱情，但總體還可以。
