I had an amazing stay at Antara Genting! The place was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Genting. The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Antara Genting to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, and enjoyable place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

房間很乾淨，地點也不錯，步行即可到達許多餐廳。這間公寓的缺點是停車場在B5，需要繞很多圈才能停好車，而且公寓裡沒有坐浴盆，給11個月大的寶寶洗澡有點麻煩。不過，房東回覆很快，還給我拿了個水桶，非常貼心。

I stayed at Crockfords Hotel Genting in early October 2025 and was genuinely disappointed by the level of service — especially for a hotel that claims to be Malaysia’s leading luxury property. On 3 October, I approached the concierge Duty Manager around 9:40am regarding the hotel Wi-Fi, which kept showing an “invalid credentials” error. Instead of taking the initiative to verify the problem — which turned out to be something as simple as incorrect login details given at check-in — he insisted that the IT team would need to come into my room to fix it. Later in the day, another staff member resolved the issue within minutes by simply checking the credentials. It’s baffling how the Duty Manager couldn’t do something that basic. Throughout my stay, I also noticed that many of the staff seemed lost and unsure of how to handle simple situations — almost like the blind leading the blind. There was a clear lack of coordination and communication among them. The breakfast experience was another major letdown. I had breakfast there for three consecutive days, and throughout, the food was never hot — the noodles in soup were the only consistently warm item served. To make matters worse, the staff did not communicate properly among themselves. On one morning, we were told to wait while a table by the window was being cleared for us. After waiting a good five minutes, another group of guests was allowed to take the exact table we were waiting for. The explanation given was simply that “the other guests wanted the table.” Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre. The only saving grace was the Duty Manager working on 5 Oct and overseeing the breakfast buffet, who was attentive, proactive, and took the initiative to check if guests needed drinks or assistance. His professionalism truly stood out amidst the confusion elsewhere. For a hotel that boasts winning the Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star Award seven years in a row, this experience was frankly a joke. The gap between Crockfords’ reputation and its actual service standards is staggering. Truly disappointing and nowhere near what one would expect from a so-called luxury hotel. PS: At least the view was great.

這次選了這間灑店主要是因為想搭纜車上雲頂聽演唱會。灑店有安排免費接駁巴士來回纜車站，所以很方便。在十多年前曾經入住這間灑店，沒想到經過翻新後更加多設施，很適合喜歡大自然和家庭出遊。這次的入住衹是一晚，沒能真正的提驗所有的設施。不過下次一定會再回來好好的亨受這裏的設備和寧靜的空間。

雲頂Antara Hotel Kuala Lumpur 優點： 1.交通便利：酒店位於雲頂高原，交通便捷，方便客人前往周邊景點。 2.設施乾淨：酒店設施維護良好，乾淨整潔，為客人提供舒適的入住環境。 3.房間舒適：客房設計温馨，床鋪舒適，保證客人擁有良好的睡眠體驗。 4.特色設施：酒店配備按摩浴缸（Jacuzzi）和室內外游泳池，為客人提供豐富的休閑選擇。 5.親子友好：酒店的娛樂設施，特別是泳池，能讓小朋友玩得開心，適合家庭出遊。

最驚喜的是窗外的風景，仙氣飄飄。房間的設施有些年代感，不過空間還可以，不會太過擁擠，還是很乾凈的。前台的工作人員態度很好，不過就效率太低了，辦理一個入住要等很久，而且一直搞不清楚我們是否交tourist tax，有點無語，已經給他看了付過税的訂單了，可是還是説沒看到。

Google location can't exactly show the location of this place. So, pro-active instruction will be excellent but ad hoc helps when reaching does save the hassle. Parking instruction is clear that helps too. Staying wise, with this price is definitely a good deal. Probably, due to off peak season. I could imagine during weekend or peak period this place will be crowded and the facilities will be insufficient. The lift at the facilities side could be an issue when crowded. Location wise, walking distance to restaurants, convenient shops and nearby skyway and GPO.

我們開車去雲頂，飯店就在飯店門口。路邊有空餘停車位，晚上6點以後還有很多空位。入住辦理很快，前台工作人員非常禮貌熱情，保全也是如此。房間沒什麼特別的，就是一張雙人床，浴室很小，但有熱水淋浴。沒有電視讓我們有點意外，但沒關係，因為我們晚上10點以後才回到房間，洗個澡就睡覺，準備隔天。 13樓的觀景台可以欣賞美麗的日落和寶塔景色。當霧氣很濃的時候，雲頂在夜色中就像一座賽博龐克風格的城市。 12樓的戶外座位早上景色也很不錯。我們的房間包含早餐，不過早餐有點令人失望。總的來說，這次入住體驗絕對高於平均。

房間和廁所都很乾淨。如果您要在 Midhills 預訂房間，請記得帶上拖鞋和洗漱用品，因為他們不提供這些東西。距離雲頂高原和市場相當遠。我建議您在入住前攜帶所需的一切，例如食物、飲料和零食。燈是接地的，因為當您打開燈時，會發出閃閃發光的聲音。電視上也沒有有線電視。空調不製冷。房間裡的味道有些奇怪。 請不要將我的評論視為負面。這樣，你以後才有進步的空間。

我到房間後發現房間非常乾淨整潔。雖然從外面看不太起眼，但房間內部很不錯。唯一的問題是電梯。每次想回去都得走樓梯，因為飯店只有一部電梯，有點不夠用。其他方面對於我這種有家人出門的人來說還可以。飯店最近剛修好了電梯，這樣更多的人就可以用它辦理入住或退房手續了。
