濟科飯店(Hotel Zico)

the room is larger than expected. the check in and check out processes are completed via kiosk.

Beautiful hotel. Lobby is many, many yards from parking so had to make several long walking trips to bring in luggage. Covid so no coffee in lobby, no complimentary hors d'oeuvres or wine, no free breakfast, only two little coffee packets in the room, no hot tea. Went to desk at least five times asking for more coffee. Would only give two at a time. Would not give us clean cups to use for our coffee. Very unsanitary since it's a Keurig coffee maker so I used a water cup to fill up the Keurig that was unused. I hope the previous people did that to. The bed was big but hard as a rock the pillows were flat as the pancake. But it was a beautiful room it looked really good. We won't be going back.

Its nice

I've been going up to the Bay Area almost monthly for the past year. This is my second stay at Zico. I think you get everything you can expect for the cost. Grounds: attractive. It is right next to I-85 but I didn't have any noise problems either stay. Rooms: well designed. Kiosk check-in: I suppose I'd rather deal with a real person through the kiosk than a purely virtual check-in. They are trying to do something above the minimum for breakfast by offering made to order choices off a menu. However, this was not clear. When I got to the breakfast room I found that one could only order on-line (I apparently should have ordered the night before and indicated the time I wanted the meal). I didn't stay to place an order as the single woman in charge of the room was clearly overwhelmed--couldn't keep the Continental breakfast items stocked. Not sure how she would ever have gotten to a new order. In any case, I will stay here again.

We got there, and the 2 rooms they gave us were completely filthy and unsanitary. Then they did not have another 2 rooms available for us. We ended up not staying there. Pls help us get a refund.
