I was traveling cross-country with my 14 year old daughter, and I came across this Best Western. The reviews seemed really good, and after staying I found they were pretty accurate. Our stay was enjoyable, and provided a good, clean place to stay at an affordable rate. Check-in was easy, and the desk clerk was courteous. The room was a bit dated with some wear on the furniture, but nothing that would take away from its function. The room itself was very clean, free from pests and mold. The breakfast provided was very nice, and the breakfast area is large and spacious. The only issues I noted were that I could hear the alarm clock and television from the next room early in the morning, but that was a minor issue.

The only thing I didn't like was the bottom bed sheet was not a fitted sheet, as seniors, we move a lot and by Morning we were sleeping on the plastic sheet covering the mattress...not good
Breakfast offering was not the best, never saw an attendant to help with warming up the frozen Jimmy Dean sausage,egg sandwich....and room was noiser than expected, gal at desk sad x-way side wasn't that noisy.... incorrect statement

Love the look location easy on and off highway access
Friendly staff and clean rooms the bed was comfy. Breakfast was fine and like the fact that they had fresh fruit available. Coffee also good. I’m hoping it stays this way as I will be coming back. 👍

Very nice staff. Clean modern hotel. Comfortable beds. It was really a struggle to find anything without milk in it (allergy), so I did not have any breakfast. I would not recommend it for any allergies, such as gluten. Something simple like eggs, fruit, or even sausage would have been very nice.

Friendly lady at check-in, great room, had a king size bed that was really comfortable, nice size clean room , no complaints here !! Will definitely stay here again when going to Louisville

It was a great stay while we were traveling through the area. Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was very nice!

The rooms had a slightly musty smell, and they did not empty our trash or provide fresh towels without being prompted. The pool was poorly maintained and was green. That said, the entire staff was pleasant to deal with when we interacted.
