芒特弗農舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Mount Vernon)

Nothing special. Found all of the paper signs telling me what not to do very annoying. One sign telling me is plenty I didn’t need multiple signs

okay place to stay with family for weekend situation. rooms could have been cleaner, hotel needs updated. i was disapointed with the breakfast felt there could have been better options. staff were good to work with had a issue with room not being cleaned correctly. outlets were loose again place needs updated

Perfect for a place to stay for the night. Great staff. The furnishings are a bit tired but acceptable. All in all, I expect to visit this property again without hesitation.

Received a call this morning stating that they weren’t going to be able to give me a room due to plumbing issues. She told me she called the Super 8 hotel to try to find a room, but told her that I would not stay there because it is not very nice. Told her that I wanted to cancel but she told me that she would call me back to see if she can do anything to help. Never got a phone call back so I called the hotel. Tonight I was told that my card was charged for the room. I was told tonight that they were going to try to move some people around (thought it was sold out). I already changed my plans and came that way for just a few hours without bags. Very frustrated that I now have to pay for a room and that there was no communication from the hotel

We have allergies. After I placed my hand on top the furniture incasing the mini fridge it was snowing. It was some really thick dust balls. I had to wash my hands afterwards. We started sneezing afterwards. We didn't like that the washers & dryer was broken. Besides those problems it was a comfortable stay.

I arrive and went to check-in and discovered somewhere in booking I had actually clicked on the wrong weekend. Kristin resolved the issue and rebooked me immediately for the right night!

We are cycling to Cleveland and the hotel is right there from the trail and a walking distance restaurants, entertainment and shops.

Staff were helpful and attentive. Building was clean and quite.
