After check in at 9:00 take a bath and go to sleep at 10:30, find out the bed was collapsed, then I have to go out to reception and ask for help, and they said no room available, and only refund to us. So I have to leave around 11:15 pm . The hallway on the ground smell horrible, the receptionist is impolite. It ruin the reputation of the holiday inn brand name.

Upon arrival we were met by a sleeping attendant and someone that was not supposed to be at the property. It took over 30 mins to get us checked in and they didn’t have the room we booked available, we had to wait until the next day to move rooms, it was very inconvenient. The next day the attendant was rude and bothered by our request to move. It was not our fault we were not accommodated upon arrival for something we booked originally. When speaking to the manager the following day, she was very apologetic, but the damage was done and we were not offered anything for our inconvenience. If you have an option, do not stay on the first floor, so much traffic because breakfast is free. It was loud the first night but the third floor was great. The maid staff wakes you up daily around 7:30 asking to clean your room. That was also annoying, but pick you battles. Good luck if you book here!

The first room the carpet was flooded. The 2nd room stunk and the sheets were misty damp and cold and dirty. So the 3rd room was a handicap room and it was 2:30 in the morning I finally went to sleep. Got up at 6:30am with noise from the breakfast room so I got dressed and by 8:30 there was no breakfast just bagels and muffins so I went to Crackle Barrel across the street. Then ********* and Holiday Inn Express refuse to compensate me on any of it. Very bad.

The management was unfriendly, I asked for a bottle of water for my wife who has cancer and was very thirsty. The manager smiled and pointed at the store...very rude and then laughed at us as we walked away. Stay away from this place...its dirty and smells bad. Beds are hard and room was not clean.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds yet upon check in, was told they only had a 1 bed and a couch pull out for 4 people to sleep in. It was for 4 people, 2 adults, 2 kids but we were not a couple. Was for a grandmother, son, and 2 grandkids. Dont let people book a room if it is not going to be available.

Hôtel fantastique, accueil très agréable , chambre moderne , propre mais surtout très bien éclairée , ce qui est rare aux usa La piscine est chauffée et extrêmement agréable Le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur du reste
