I really needed a break and kesar bhavan palace was what i needed. The rooms were excellent. Since, it is a heritage property, staying there transported us back to the times of the maharajas. The periodic decor, prompt and hospitable staff and management, the food, amenities at the property and in the room were upto the mark. There's also a koi (fish) pond in the backyard that my kid really loved. The view from our room windows was also serene. The property is surrounded by greenery which makes the stay even more pleasant. The best part is the location. It's in the city, yet you feel isolated from the hustle and bustle. Overall, our family enjoyed our time there and we were left with good memories. Will definitely stay there on our next visit.

This is 3rd time visit to this property, last experience was not so good but this time everything was perfect. Rooms in main building are good. Their two story suite in main building is extraordinary and full of luxury. They have very good food quality and it’s consistent from years, specially their signature Kesar Milk in breakfast. Stuff Tomato is a must try dish here. Staff and Services are good. Children garden is there but its not maintained. There are lot of trees with nice breeze. Will definitely visit again!

I have been traveling in India a lot, I have stayed at many hotels and for the first time I must write such a bad review. Staying at this hotel is (because I am still here) the worst experience ever. First thing- no maintenance of the rooms: no cleaning, no changing towels, bed linens dirty, probably not changed after previous guests. When I wanted to talk about it at the reception desk- I was totally ignored!! Imagine a guest standing at the reception desk and a reception guy....talking on the phone. Chit- chat, laugh, enjoying conversation. And me there- waiting. 5 minutes. 10 minutes. 15 minutes. And I am standing there like an invisible *****, feeling like an *****, totally ignored. 20.000 rupees per 3 nights for the worst experience ever. I tried to contact management- as I did not want to go to reception and to be ignored again- I wrote a message, which remained without any answer. Shame!! I advise all to stay away from this hotel!!
