Booked a super deluxe room but they provided us with a normal room. And they did not even listened to out complaint. Worst service. I'm gonna file a big case against the hotel. Nobody is responding . Immediately after checkin we called the hotel management and asked about the room . But no response was received. We have already seen the super deluxe rooms of hotel but still the hotel management is not accepting their mistake.

Very good at mount abu, staff is very supportive rooms are very good, overall all facilities are good.

value for money… otherwise bedsheets are dirty… room cleaning not done properly… bathrooms are very bad.. very small in size..

Please don't book. Worst experience ever. Red signal. Please avoid. I never suggest anyone to book.
