The description of the hotel is very misleading, though accurate, they start their room classification with deluxe, that makes you believe you booked the right room, but in fact it is the lowest quality of the rooms, if you say that is a Colonial ***sion then this rooms are made in the servant out house of the ***sion, the room barely accommodates 2,the couple run into each other even while getting into the room... Having said that about the room, the linens are even worst, stained, unclean and torn, the ***ager had no clue of the quality of their linen. The bathroom was good but leaked all over... The bedroom is small 10 ft by 15 ft... Just 150 sqft and one of our rooms had no false ceiling exposing the bare tin roof... There is no qualified ***ager to *** the property just a local guy who has no idea of hospitality and guest courtesy The property is excellent and if out for sale, I can show how popular this hotel can be

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Loved the food, the service and the beautiful sight around. The hotel staff was very potile and helpful. Very peaceful place with natural beauty. Would recommend staying there.

The tent was very comfy and fancy, I would recommend to stay in tent, location good, food great, staff very cooperative and helpful, room and bathroom were clean and tidy, we had a great time staying at the hotel really enjoyed the stay.

A beautiful heritage property located on a Hill top in Mount Abu. Colonial ***ek ***or takes you back to the British era with ***y of it's interior decor items dating back to the British era. There are beautiful lamps and original paintings which add to it's heritage charm and makes your holiday a beautiful one. What I loved about Colonial ***ek ***or: 1. The location: One of their USPs is that they are a hill top property and I agree, it's location is superb! You get an amazing view of the Nakki lake on a clear day with the nearby hills creating a beautiful backdrop. If you're here, you'd wanna spend the whole day at the outdoor sitting area near the reception area. It's so beautiful and peaceful at the same time. 2. The sustainable decor: Mount Abu might be (in)famous as being the 'let's get drunk' location for Gujjus but there's a lot more to this beautiful slice of paradise and ***ek ***or hotel is trying it's best to show this side to the tourists. They decorated their lawns with the alcohol bottles thrown away by the guests and converting some into planters. So very thoughtful! 3. The high tea point: The highest point in the property is their High Tea view point. You can ask them arrange for a high tea which you can then enjoy with the stunning view of the surroundings. It really elevates the whole colonial experience! 4. The rooms: Every corner Of Colonial ***ek ***or exudes the colonial heritage essence that it stands for. Their star atraction is the suite room on the top floor which has some century old chairs and other furniture from the pre-Independence era. It's like, you get to time travel, you know? The suite is however on the costlier end. If you are more on the budget side, you can opt for the standard doubled bedded rooms or the luxury glamping tents (the most budget-friendly option) with complimentary breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall, a memorable stay experience in Mount Abu.

Tents are awesome. Awesome place to stay.. awesome view.. superb rooms.. with different furniture in different rooms.. Good staff.. but need to improve menu.. need to improve food taste... need to improve the speed of service..

A very beautiful property with heritage & aesthetic look with cooperative & polite staff. Excellent service with good tasty food. Good for family & friends. Just need to look after very minor maintenance work.

Worst experience..Room was not clean and insects were there all over in the room. Not at all good experience..waste of money. Staff was also not behaving properly..They shifted us in different room and that was also not good.

so i booked it on a last min and i super awesome offers . very much satisfied with the room and the service and the value of money and ordered coffee and omelette which was pretty good as it was exact what i had asked.
