I am in love with this palace. The service was good at hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed the food and staff was very friendly rooms and bathroom neat and clean awesome palace near by nakki lakh sunset point and market thankyou

One of the most lovable place to stay in Mount Abu. Very kind staff with very helping behaviour. Food is awesome. All over property is very neat n clean. Atmosphere is very cool n hygiene. Thanks everyone to make my stay very memorable

We were 4 Family Booked the room, on 17th May 2023 for 3 Night, so while Traveling from Mumbai it take approx 12 hours Including Halts. We Reached there @ 6 PM, The satffs ( Front Office , Sevice, Hotel Staff ) are 5 * Catogery, But they are binded by Owner, The owner should look after the cleanliness and Other Things. 1. Cockrock room ( Will attach Pic ) 2. Jug of Water provided not Clean ( Photo Atahced) atlesat we booked for 4.5 K they should provide 1 liter bottle per room. 3.Dirty Matress 4.Torne Materss 5.dirty Floor Mat But after this the next day they provided new room which was well maintaned and Hygienic, Thanks to Staff Sumer and Other staff for such good service. But Owner have to take care and spend more for other services Food and Serivices at hotel is awesome *****
