No geral um hotel bom e recomendável com uma óptima localização bom estacionamento. O staff era em regra geral simpático o pequeno-almoço era suficiente em exceção aos sumos pois de fraca qualidade e pouca hipótese de escolha somente 2, claramente insuficiente para um hotel que cobra os preços deste hotel. Boa casa de banho e o quarto com um tamanho suficiente aqui também um senão a tv tinha canais de todos os países desde a Polónia a Russia e mais de 5 canais Espanhóis só falta 1 canal Português. Enfim

Big hotel, room was on the small side but clean and functional. The breakfast buffet was good and continuously replenished. People at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. They also gave us codes for two days of public transport. About 1 km from the station and a bit further from the city centre, but easily doable if you like to walk and otherwise you can take the tram in front of the hotel with the passes provided by the hotel.

Very good place to stay. I will come back. The room is quite small and basic, but it was very clean and perfect for us. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the free tea/coffee in the lunch room. The location is very convenient, with a bus/tram just next to the hotel. Bern is an extraordinary city

L’albergo si trova in una posizione veramente comoda per raggiungere il centro (una decina di minuti a piedi, anche se comunque c’è il pass gratuito per i mezzi pubblici). Stanza pulita ed essenziale, ma dotata di ogni comfort, inclusa la bottiglietta in vetro da riempire con l’erogatore nel corridoio. Possibilità di avere il parcheggio ad un prezzo più che ragionevole. Colazione inclusa varia ed abbondante. Ma il punto forte sta sicuramente nello staff! Tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Già al check-in lo hanno dimostrato: anche se i posti nel parcheggio erano scarsi e noi avevamo l’esigenza di non lasciare l’auto incustodita, ci è stata data la possibilità di accedere al garage. In più si è verificato un problema col pagamento da parte della piattaforma dell’operatore con cui abbiamo prenotato, ma lo staff dell’hotel è stato decisamente collaborativo. Un grazie particolare a Sina e a Federico!!!

Excellent hotel, very clean, excellent service, staff very friendly. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Not in the downtown, but 5 minutes with the bus Nr. 10, where the bus stop is just around 100 meters from the hotel. Drinkable water is provided for free with a fountain at each level of the hotel. Very ecological. I would book again this hotel for my next trip to Bern.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte e sono stato piacevolmente colpito dalla gentilezza dello staff (il ragazzo di Mondavio è il top 😂), dalla pulizia delle camere e dall’ottima colazione. Le camere a piano terra sono recentemente ristrutturate (oppure tutto l’hotel è così ma non saprei) ed il pernottamento è stato ottimo. Consiglio questo hotel anche se non è proprio in centro (c’è il tram di fronte l’hotel oppure taxi per un giro veloce in centro).
