幫領導定的房間，比我們的房間大一點點，總體差錯不多。公寓式酒店設施齊全，鍋碗瓢盆、電磁爐、洗衣機、晾衣架、熨斗一應俱全，還有超大衣櫃，參加俄羅斯MIMS展會住這裏真的是很不錯的選擇，步行到展館，附近有AfiMall，唯一的缺點就是浴室，淋浴頭不好用，沖澡不好沖

My wife and I decided to celebrate the coming of 2023 at this hotel. And we didn't disappoint our decision. Let me list the pros: The parking lot, although it was quite busy with cars, still managed to park and no one ran out to say that you can't park like that. Fast check-in, a porter helped to lift things into the room. The room was standard with free wi-fi, safe, air conditioning, bathrobes and slippers, bathroom, kettle, coffee and tea set. The TV on the wall, in addition to Russian channels, had many European and American channels that showed the truth about the current situation in Europe. Minibar was empty, thank God, because we took some food and drinks for the festive dinner. The windows overlooked the courtyard. We visited the spa and pool and really enjoyed it. The prices are average, there is a sauna, gym, hammam, pool. The hotel lobby is pretty nice and was decorated for the new year. What is interesting, without going outside the hotel residents can buy food and drinks in the supermarket located in the same building. For New Year's Eve, I called the reception and asked them to bring us dishes and a bucket of champagne and ice. The staff member brought everything to the room very quickly. I also enjoyed the breakfast. As should be a 5* hotel, there was prosecco, lots of cheeses, sausages, fresh uncut bread, juices and a freshly squeezed juice machine, coffee and so on. The restaurant staff were very quick to remove dishes from the table and were even willing to take mini orders like coffee and tea. We really enjoyed our New Year's Eve experience. I recommend it! 在去酒店的路上,導遊介紹了這家酒店聽起來這家酒店應該是很好的。他跟我們講了這家酒店的歷史,外觀,...所有的東西都特別棒。不幸的是司機走錯路了,結果開到了酒店的後門,這個地方亂糟糟的,有很多垃圾桶...這是第一個讓我們吃驚的地方。 我們找到正門,左側有個小門,進去是一個狹窄的走廊,裏面有台金屬探測儀,有三個保安虎視眈眈的看着進出大樓的人們,感覺就像銀行的保安似的。遊客都是自己拿行李,門童提供的服務僅僅是看着我們走到前台那(在我們退房的時候他們也是這麼乾的,這是第二個讓我們吃驚的地方,真的不能理解)。好在房間提前已經確定好了,我們一進酒店就拿到自己房間的鑰匙了,... 房間裏面應該說是很完美的,無論是從乾淨程度,還是到各種服務設施,...(除了無線網絡,幾乎都連不上)。酒店的各種設施像泳池,豐盛的早餐,...,真的都非常出色和豪華,這些都讓我覺得酒店的管理者和員工都很了不起。 第三個不可理解的事情是發生在我們退房的時候,他們居然讓我自己在100多個護照裏面找自己的護照(過了幾分鐘我喊前台的服務員幫我一起找找,結果他沒搭理我)。 不管怎樣吧,酒店的位置是最好的,有很棒的視野,有極其出色的各種設施,晚上還能帶你乘他們的遊艇在莫斯科河裡巡遊,留下了很多美好的回憶,...這裏確實是一家五星級酒店,但是當我仔細想想我這幾天在酒店的見聞的話,我的直覺告訴我酒店不像是由專業的5星級酒店團隊在管理的,反而像是一個大的政府機關。

I visited Moscow for the first time and chose this hotel based on my travel agent's suggestion considering the budget I gave them. I stayed for four nights. The location of the hotel is really good. You will have access to both Old Arbat Street and New Arbat Street. Old Arbat is a walking street full of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops whre you can certainly get Matrushkas for friends and families! New Arbat is also full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Arbat Metro Station (Subway) which is great because you can use Metroi in Moscow to go almost everywhere. I told the receptionist that I want a quiet room and I don't care for the view so she gave me a room overlooking an alley toward Old Arbat Street which also gave a nice view of the city especially at night. The room was really clean and the lighting was cosy. The heating system was good. I did not have my breakfast at the hotel and did not use the hotel gym. I cannot really make any complaint about this hotel.

The TV on the wall, in addition to Russian channels, had many European and American channels that showed the truth about the current situation in Europe. Minibar was empty, thank God, because we took some food and drinks for the festive dinner. The windows overlooked the courtyard. We visited the spa and pool and really enjoyed it. The prices are average, there is a sauna, gym, hammam, pool. The hotel lobby is pretty nice and was decorated for the new year. What is interesting, without going outside the hotel residents can buy food and drinks in the supermarket located in the same building. For New Year's Eve, I called the reception and asked them to bring us dishes and a bucket of champagne and ice. The staff member brought everything to the room very quickly. I also enjoyed the breakfast. As should be a 5* hotel, there was prosecco, lots of cheeses, sausages, fresh uncut bread, juices and a freshly squeezed juice machine, coffee and so on. The restaurant staff were very quick to remove dishes from the table and were even willing to take mini orders like coffee and tea. We really enjoyed our New Year's Eve experience. I recommend it! 離地鐵口很近，其實是3個酒店在同一個樓上 宜必思，諾富特，還有另外一個不記得名字。 酒店旁邊就是一個商場，裏面有超市，5樓是大排檔，各種飲食。地鐵出口不遠還有一個肯德基。 總之很方便。
