莫斯科洛蒙諾索夫區飯店

This is our second time staying at Metropole. The rooms are comfortable. This past occasion we were in a historic room. The only issue was it was extremely warm in the room upon our arrival. Opening the windows was not easy, but achieved, The cool winter air was excellent in the warm room. Because we like to take stairs, we found out that once in the stairwell, there was no way back in so we walked to bottom. Locating an Exit was an experience as we were deposited into the Metropol Hall. The following morning we dined in the Metropol Hall and again were more than delighted with the breakfast. We recognized staff from previous visits. This is a great hotel with fantastic staff.

We had an amazing time at the Intercontinental Hotel! The hotel is beautifully decorated. We had breakfast everyday and it was delicious! They have a great selection in their menu. The service at the restaurant, bar and concierge is outstanding. Special thanks to our concierge Aleksey for always helping us find all the information we needed to visit Moscow! He was so attentive and willing to help! The Hotel has a very convenient location to visit main attractions. I told the Hotel we were celebrating our anniversary and they had the beautiful gesture of leaving Champagne and chocolates in our room! Thank you Intercontinental! Keep up the great job! We’ll be back!

非常無語，服務及其差。 第一次來俄羅斯出差，連續住了13晚，因位置比較方便，本來想續住，但酒店説房間訂滿了、不能續。好，訂了另一家酒店，到店後説需要前一家酒店出具的 регистрация ，我們根本不知道這是什麼東西，打電話給前台，轉接後等待七八分鐘終於接通，然後秒掛，再打就打不通了，嘗試數次之後終於接通，説需要寫郵件給酒店，然後他們會發過來掃描件。好，發郵件後一直收不到回覆，期間又打電話詢問，得知他們查不到我們兩人中另一人的入住訊息，就讓等待。等郵件等了兩個多小時，等不住了，打車回去（車程約1小時，800多盧布），才知道是因為13天中間續住了一次，續住時他們衹登記了一個人，這時候也是正好才收到了郵件回覆，大無語。 不能續住也就算了。不主動提供應有的服務，也不告知，電話難接通，郵件3個小時才回復，浪費4個多小時折騰+1800盧布打車費。 竟然還沒有一句道歉。

早餐的飯廳富麗堂皇，有一個噴水池⛲️在大廳中央-裏面有鱘魚和日本的金魚。酒店的不足是沒有自己的停車場，朋友來訪需要將車子停在“小童世界”的收費停車場，每小時200盧布。（白天300盧布/小時）

Ужасный отель. Это не 5 звезд, максимум 3. Если вы ищете пятизвездочный отель, то вам точно не сюда. Два раза списывают проверенную оплату и заставляют доказать что оплата проходила прежде. Карты от номера постоянно размагничиваются и нужно бегать в другой корпус на ресепшн. Завтраки скудные, яичницу постоянно переваривают до углей. Сервис в ресторане на нуле. На входе обыскивают как в аэропорту, заставили супругу оставить на входе газовый баллончик. Если вы ищете отель 3 звезды то будете удовлетворены, если 4 и выше не тратьте нервы и Деньги Terrible hotel. It's not 5 stars, maximum 3. If you are looking for a five star hotel then this is definitely not the place for you. The verified payment is debited twice and forced to prove that the payment was made before. The cards from the room are constantly demagnetized and you need to run to another building at the reception. Breakfast is poor, scrambled eggs are constantly digested to the coals. Service in the restaurant is zero. At the entrance they are searched like at an airport, they forced my wife to leave a gas canister at the entrance. If you are looking for a 3 star hotel, you will be satisfied if 4 and above do not waste your nerves and money

The staff are respectful and serve you in an excellent way, the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, the services in the hotel lobby such as the presence of an ATM and money exchange service, the rooms are of good size, the furniture is good, the location of the hotel is very excellent and in my opinion one of the best hotels in Moscow.

交通： 地鐵-到地鐵口dinamo 站走路15分鐘左右（過地道2次） 也可以坐一站公交到dinamo再乘地鐵 打車- yandexgo早上8點多打車去列寧格勒高鐵站935盧布，20分鐘左右，不便宜，但是有大箱子還是打車方便 飲食： 免費早餐8-11點，個人覺得還挺好吃，有肉有奶有咖啡果汁水果，還有專人音樂伴奏 前台： 入住-需要電子簽，沒實體的可以發郵件去他的郵箱 態度-**中年大叔態度友好，可以放東西在那裡讓朋友去拿 憑證-可以打印入住憑證，大概50分鐘 裝修： 正如起名蘇聯傳奇酒店，整體是蘇聯時期風格，有點老舊，有棉拖沒有普通拖鞋，房間有水，茶包，沒有單獨usb充電口，但是很有歷史感，三樓有很多中國人熟悉的政治人物照片 總體而言，喜歡歷史的人可以來住

這間酒店是我出行莫斯科最滿意的一間酒店.隨然裝修不是特別新,但早餐是我喜歡的.沒有熱食,但麵包的品質很棒.

房間還挺乾淨的，服務態度也很好，前台小姐姐很友好，會提醒免費健身房的位置。不過房間衹提供沐浴露、身體乳和洗髮水，沒有一次性牙膏牙刷梳子之類的，需要自備。酒店位置離5/6號地鐵站大概15分鐘路程，酒店附近有咖啡廳和商店，初次來俄的人可能找不到，可以使用Yandex Maps地圖，點擊地址分類，就可以找到附近的咖啡廳和商店。
