Sofa bed is an afterthought as in so many such places. One hook in the bathroom is not enough. Despite multiple grab bars in the bathtub, the bathtub floor was slippery, with no non-slip *****s. The pocket door between the bathroom and the bedroom stuck and was noisy, not good when using both rooms, My husband said the breakfast food that was supposed to be hot (eggs, potatoes) wasn’t at all hot. Kitchen was very useful, although the dinnerware pieces (bowls, mugs) were quite small. Despite all these, we enjoyed having more room, finding a good restaurant nearby, and having the breakfast option. Check-in and check-out were easy and the front desk staff helpful.

Room was spacious with two bedrooms, kings size beds and a living room/kitchen area. However the room service was very poor when it came to cleaning. 5 day stay and not once were the carpets vacuumed, bed linens only changed once as well as the towels and wash cloths. It was like the housekeepers were either purposely skipping our room or they did the bare minimum. Breakfast was always good though and had a good variety. Pool seemed like the skimmers didnt work and the male bathroom at the pool was very dirty with feces left in the toilets 2 days in a row. For $1600.00, I'd expect a bit more attention to detail and housekeeping for a 5 night stay. I've paid less at a holiday inn express with cleaner rooms.

What I did not like, was the fact I went to the gym, went to the lobby bathroom, and it was not tidy. All toilets were not flush, and it appeared neglected. What I really liked was the quiet the scenery in effect in point it was just serenity for my birthday thank you I will try to book again in the future.

Spacious room (King suite) - would prefer flooring in pet-friendly room versus carpet since it is obvious that animals have soiled the carpet previously. Great set up for pets - wonderful walking area outside

Staff was friendly and responsive. Location was convenient,shopping was 2 miles away and about 10 minute car ride to downtown Morristown. Easy on off to route 24. Title indicates Morristown but the actual location is Florham Park/Hanover

The property was dirty and the room was dirty. I ended up checking out the same day and stayed with a friend. And the staff didn’t even check me out when I checked out cause I got an alert to check out the next morning.

Would stay here again. I did have to unclogged a toilet when we got to thr room. (Not from us) but, I honestly think it was an oversight from the staff prior. Everyone was very nice.

Missing Things that were offered like a tub and a safe. No safe in room. No tub after I specifically asked about it. There was no toilet paper and i woke up with a rash on my face after laying on a pillow.
