Loved our stay at MyPlace. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was perfect. Although the kitchen doesn’t contain supplies, we brought our own and it worked out perfectly. The town of Plainfield is great. There are a lot of parks and walking trails and many stores and restaurants….will definitely stay again if in the area! The front desk staff was always pleasant and accommodating.

The room was clean and bed was great. I have only one complaint. The ice maker in the fridge is always turned off when occupants change. I was advised to turn it back on once I got in my room. I did not expect any ice that night but did expect it the next afternoon when I got back to the room. There was none. There was not even any in the ice maker waiting to be dumped out. I assumed the water valve was shut off to the hose suppling water to the unit. I pulled the fridge away from the wall to operate the valve. But, the hose was not even connected. It was not connected because there was NO outlet to connect it to. None. Since the day this hotel opened room #311 has not had ice because there is no way to connect the ice maker water supply to ANYTHING. We got Ice at the C-store next door but makes you wonder how it had gone this long w/o anyone fixing it.

During my travels I’ve seen the My Place brand, but never stated in one until this quick overnight stay for an early flight out of Indy. We’ll, shame on me, I was really impressed by MyPlace - it was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the airport, with a fair price and a friendly desk clerk as well. I’ll be sure to keep an eye out for their brand going forward. Highly recommended !!!

I was on a trip I did not want to make and it would not have taken much to put me over the edge; however, that did not happen. My Place was spotless, quiet, professionally managed and delightful. I will definitely go back next time I am in Indy.

This was my second time staying for a quick overnight near the airport at My Place. Great value for the price. Clean, newer, has full kitchen (we didn't use it but nice to have), nice fluffy towels. I'd prefer softer/flatter pillows but that's the only thing I can think of that wasn't great. Doesn't include breakfast like so many places, but for this price it didn't matter. People at the check in desk very friendly and helpful. Good area close to airport with many restaurants -- fast food and other. We went into Downtown Indy for dinner, and it's only about 20 minutes from the hotel. And airport only 4 miles away. Try it!!!!

It was clean quiet, parking was free and there were so many food options around the area as well as gas stations. Do be warned, if you're booking with the expectation of cooking with basic pots and utensils/plates/bowls available, they are not. They have them to buy at the mini store in the hotel, very cheap for the basics but not sure about pots or pans. Either way it was disappointing to not have the basics to use the stovetop there. No info anywhere in the room either. Other than that everything was great!

Everything was good except for the toilet running. We had to shake the handle after every use. Also the kitchen sink drained really slow. But I would stay again, and highly recommend. (Room 300)

We really enjoyed our one night stay! It was a really nice property that was exactly what we were looking for.

Nice hotel with a great pet policy. They are doing a really good job of not letting the hotel get run down as it ages. Will stay here again-and again.
