Different check in the way. No one in reception for check in it’s very easy to get the key

Beach access very good. However there was no wifi. Only found out once we checked into property. Inside shelves of wardrobe needed cleaning. Grouting around shower tiles needed cleaning. Bathroom was designed for persons with a disability and layout did not appeal to us…lack of shower screen caused water to spread onto much of bathroom floor. Plastic kitchen chairs were in need of a clean. Also was lacking in supply of kitchenware.

Very nice place. Fair price for what it is. Areas of the apartment had not been cleaned for a while (behind the microwave was very dirty) and the sliding door was impossible for anyone in the family to move except me (I am very large and strong) as it needed some serious maintenance. It could only be locked with a long piece of wood (which they had provided) as the latch was broken. Very short walk to the beach. Great location.

Great pool. Great location. Wonderful public BBQ area. Maintenance of the actual room was very poor. There was a light switch hanging off the wall with electrical wires exposed, shower head was so flimsy that it could not hold up it's own weight and the room smelt very damp. The exposed electrical wires were very disappointing. They were insulated and the copper was not visible but that was a shock to see.

Beautiful location with great pool, beautiful beach and excellent facilities within the complex. The properties we stayed in however are in need of proper cleaning and could do with proper up keep. Both properties are in need of a total re fit after years of use as holiday rentals (broken doors, missing doors, stained carpets mouldy bathrooms etc). The only saving grace these properties have going for them is the amazing location and the excellent complex in which they are situated. For the price, I would not recommend stating here unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness and the overall condition of these properties.

Do not stay here. The service is non-existent, no formal reception and does not make up for this in any way. Light switch was hanging off the wall, extra bed no make up or enough bedding provided. No wifi or even all the free to air channels. The photos are false advertising as there is no gym or restaurant.

The property wasn’t the cleanest, single beds very uncomfortable needing new mattresses, screen door broken, tea towel very thin and falling apart, only 1 plug for the whole apartment so we needed to use the bath plug to wash up, no Wi-Fi, no little necessities like a small amount of milk to make coffee, bare minimum essentials provided, stains on quilt, lounge worn and uncomfortable. Overpriced for what we were given.

Amazing location, nice and quiet. The room i had Unfortunately had no privacy screen between the bathroom/toilet and bed and it was open, spa tap broken and sliding door to the outdoor balcony was very hard to open. Amazing private beach walk! No need to contact reception as everything was ready on arrival. Nice and cool with aircon and a comfortable bed.

My booking was cancelled and I was travelling with a baby and a child. They tried to call me to take the payment, I made the payment 3 hours after the call using a payment link they sent me. As I hadn’t receive any communication regarding key collection I have them a call and was informed my booking had been cancelled. This was at 9:30pm and I had to find another accomodation. I still haven’t received my refund. The number available on the website is just an automated voicemail and the number I received a call from is a guy that keeps saying they will refund but I have not received any replies to any of my emails.
