凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Coraopolis)

Very clean and parking was so adequate. Very impressed with the place, nice, clean very put together. Breakfast was fine! The coffee was great.

Nice little hotel, only about 10 minutes drive from the airport. More than quiet enough for a good nights sleep. Good breakfast.

The staff were helpful on check-in and check-out was a breeze. The hotel is not the newest but it was clean and it seems the owners care about the hotel. The airport shuttle was $7 a person (plus tax) to go to the airport. We would stay again. Be mindful that the address is 1170 Thorn Run Road Extension and NOT 1170 Thorn Run Road.

The linens - towels and sheets - were clean. But the room was filthy as were the hallways. It was clear that no one ever wiped around the baseboards where dirt and dust had accumulated. The tub could have used a good scrubbing. For $250 a night this was an incredible disappointment. I will never stay in a Quality property again.

At 3 am we had someone pounding on our door. I tried to ignore him but He would not leave and did not identify himself until I said who is there. Said he was pizza delivery and insisted that we had ordered pizza. I assured him that we had not. He sounded angry and aggressive. He finally moved on to the next door and started pounding on that. My daughters were terrified and we did not go back to sleep. If the exterior doors to the hotel are locked, why is an outside individual allowed up to the rooms at that time of night? When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, they claimed to look at the camera video and said that no one ever came to our door. They wanted nothing to do with our complaint. We did not stay the second night we were booked to stay. They would not refund us for the second night.

The morning desk person was very rude. I came for breakfast about 8;45 AM. The bagels were gone. I told him and got a blank stare but he did saunter off to get some. Then the coffee ran out. I told him and he said “ no it isn’t “. I proceeded to show him that both containers were empty. Again, he says nothing and walks off and comes back with coffee to brew. Lastly, I came back for some coffee and there were no cups. Same lack of verbal response and comes back we’re cups. He did slam the office door, however. Night staff when I checked in were great!

The property was very clean. I would recommend anyone who is visiting the area to stay here. I did not like that maintenance tried to enter the room without consent. Otherwise, I had a nice stay.

Last minuted this nice little stayover in Moon by the airport. Very comfortable, surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the airport, and the staff/service was top notch.

Good location when staying in the area visiting family. Clean and quiet. Basic breakfast which satisfied us. No fancy lobby, no pool, no elevator.
