Courtyard Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy

There are plenty of hotels in the area of this one. Look To stay there first. The Drury Inn and Suites is in the same price range and they provide superior service. They are located in the same parking lot. This Hilton is noisy, not particularly clean, and the beds are as hard as a rock. Whatever you do, if you stay here and plan on sleeping past 6am, insist on an upper floor. They have loud trucks that pull in and out of their parking lot and the walls are paper thin and do not block the noise out. For whatever reason they have a dumpster right next to the first floor rooms in the back. Their trash service comes at 530am and the driver really loves banging the dumpster on the ground. I checked out 2 days early and went to the Drury. I had none of those problems. Tells me Hilton cut costs on their building materials for the sale of profitability. The one positive, the location is good

There was nobody there to check us in upon arrival. Apparently the front desk worker never showed up for shift and person who was working just left. Many people were waiting to be checked in. About 2 hours went by and nothing we could do. Finally a person waiting picked up phone behind desk and started dialing numbers in call log. She got in touch with an employee who called manager who finally sent someone in to check in guests. All this after a long car ride from Houston was awful and very stressful.

Would stay here again, but only for a day or if passing through. Without a pool or hot tub, I cant soak after a long day of hiking. The hotel is newly constructed. Great workout room. The shower design in the units is terrible. Both rooms I used had showers that leaked

Poor housekeeping services. Stayed 4 nights asked 3 times for turnover service & towels. Not once was our room tender to during our stay. Will not stay here again.

Kat or Kari greeted us with a smile and efficiently implemented the check-in process when we arrived. The on-site Bistro is a welcomed addition. The menu was varied and adequate. The bartender, appropriately conversive.

Clean, bright, and comfortable. Everyone was pleasant. The breakfast was good. I wish it is was included, but not a deal breaker. Great workout facility!

This property is exactly what I wanted when I arrived late for a quick sleep, super new & clean, safe and quiet and friendly staff at check in & check out. Starbucks in the morning. Nice spot!

We travel frequently to COS and enjoy staying at this hotel. It is close to our son as well as plenty of options for entertainment and dining.
