My daughter and I stayed at Le Beach for 4 nights in early June. While it helped that the weather was perfect for Melbournites, the apartment was also great for us. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment on 2nd level (Room 20) with a balcony, 2 bathrooms and great couches. The apartment was old style (that is why it is so big!) and was a little tired but had what looked like new laminate flooring which was terrific and beds were comfy. Didn't need the air conditioners but the fans in the bedrooms were useful. Our only gripe was that with the time of year, this apartment gets absolutely no sun on the balcony at any stage of the day, as it faces south east. If you intend to be around the apartment a bit and want some sun, I'd request an apartment on the other side of the building. The pool was very comfortably solar heated during our stay with some nice loungers around the pool and a great BBQ area if you were so inclined. Don't bother to take pool/beach towels with you...only $5 each to hire for your stay. The beach access was directly across the road and the Esplanade was a lot quieter than the highway which is undergoing major roadworks with extension of the light rail. So the perfect spot to be is on the Esplanade. The boardwalk which runs for 30Km along the coast is fantastic for walks/runs and that is across the road too. Just a 1km walk into the Burleigh Heads shops and great restaurants. We visited The Local and Hail Mary and the Lightyears restaurant was just behind us on the highway. Had a great breakfast at Paddocks Bakery and the Commune, both on the other side of the highway. Easy bus access up and down the coast and only about a 20-25 minute bus ride up to Broadbeach which then connects with the light rail system to head north. Management were terrific, managing our late check in and accommodated us with a later check out (for a fee) which made life really easy. Would highly recommend.

We love this place. The apartment is perfect—clean and comfortable with great beds. The Receptionists are brilliant, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The Beach is directly over the road, and the pool and spa are brilliant. I'm already counting down to my next stay.

I would highly recommend staying at Le Beach Apartments! We have been staying here for 30 years! Wouldn't go anywhere else at Burleigh to be honest. The staff are friendly and more than happy to help with anything, rooms are clean and spacious. Fantastic location to shops, bars and restaurants ad only a hop skip and jump to the beach. Fantastic

Apartments are just across the road from the great Burleigh beaches and offer easy access to the cycling/walking/runningtrack which runs alongside the beach. The shopping, restaurant/food village is close enough to walk, so the position is perfect. ”

We have now stayed at Le Beach quite a few times and it never disappoints. The location is perfect for the beach, shops, surf clubs, bars and restaurants, all an easy walk. The grounds are immaculately kept by Steve, and it is clear he takes pride in the property. The team at reception are so friendly and helpful, you want just to pop in to say hi as you're going past. The apartments themselves are perfect for couples or families. Whenever we have stayed the guests have always been respectful with the noise. The ability to self-cater is a game changer and the communal bbq's are always clean, and a great place to meet other guests over a beer. This place for us is truly 10/10

Stayed here for 4 weeks. Great location with excellent ocean views. Pool area and gardens beautiful and well maintained. Apartment spacious with welcome weekly room servicing. Management and staff all friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We have stayed here 5-6 times and will come again. We prefer low risers and which ever floor we end up on (first, second or third) we are more than happy. Situated approximately half way between both beach ends, it is a pleasure able walk either way to restaurants, clubs shops and walks. The apartments are comfortable, well stocked and aesthetically pleasing. The outlook to the pool area is lovely and looks even better with the lights of a night time. You can see the beach and surf across the road with a short minute walk to get there. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We often book a 2 bedroom apartment, despite being just the 2 of us, as it's affordable and allows us more space and options while holidaying. One of our favourites!

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend staying here. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was really clean and had everything we needed. It is directly across from the beach, close to a patrolled section. It is really well maintained by the friendly property managers. The pool, spa & bbq areas were awesome and cleaned daily! Was such a relief to stay somewhere quiet, clean and well maintained for an extremely reasonable price. We loved our stay here.

Absolutely the best. Unit 6 was clean, spacious and big TV. Ground floor which was perfect and the managers are friendly and very helpful. Totally loved it and would recommend to anyone. The gardens and grounds were pristine and it is close to everything. All within walking distance.

My family and I (kids aged 6 and 4) stayed at Le Beach for one week in August and had the most enjoyable time. We had a very clean and comfortable two bedroom, self contained unit. The pool and spa are well maintained and it’s very handy having a communal BBQ area. The block of units are in a fantastic and very central spot; we didn’t have a car as we didn’t need one - everything you need is within five to ten minutes walk. We can’t wait to get back to Le Beach next year!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, clean and maintained really well. Wonderful cooking appliances inc stove and oven. Master bedroom with 2x bathrooms and toilets. Pool and spa were awesome and heated. Balcony view to die for. Website photos extremely accurate.

Had a great stay. Spacious apartments, lovely management that are so helpful , clean units that have everything you need. Pool and spa are clean and the grounds are well looked after. Easy walk to Burleigh main shopping and eating. Highly recommend and we will be back

we loved our stay at Le Beach. The rooms are lovely and really big inside. The facilities are all nice and well maintained. It is just out of the main part of Burleigh so much quieter but it is a bit of a walk up if you want to go. all in all we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
