HIRE MORE VALET DRIVERS please!! I almost missed my flight because it took 45 minutes to get my car. Very stressful.

I did not like that they do not clean rooms unless you tell them. The front desk did not inform me at check in.

Hi I rated terrible because I booked a room way in advance to the date of my stay. I checked in early and when I arrived there was no rooms available except smoking. I don’t smoke and the smell gives me a headache. It was late I was tired and not much of a choice so I took the room woke up with a headache and here’s the review. For $550 I definitely would of expected what I booked and not a smoking room.

Came here on my Honeymoon and was upgraded. I have no words for the entire staff kindness. We loved our stay! 5 stars thru and thru

Reserved a room for 3 adults, 1 king bed, and one pull out couch. Paid alot of money as it was a Saturday night on a 3 day weekend with 2 sold out shows. The room did not have pillows and blanket for the pullout couch, or bath and wash towels for 3 people. We called to get more pillows and a blanket and were told they would be delivered to the room within 30 minutes. We waited 45 minutes and then had to leave because we had tickets to a show. We got back later that evening and no pillows or blanket were delivered, but there were 2 messages on the phone that they were. We called again for the pillows and blanket and were told they didn't have any. It was a horrible night. Then the next morning we checked out and then waited over an hour to get our car from the valet parking. When we complained about the pillows and blanket we were told we should have spent another $500 and upgraded the room. Really? The room was reserved for 3 people, but it wasn't serviced that way. It had nothing to do with an upgrade. Terrible. I doubt we will ever stay here again.

Good customer service, clean room, but could get a refresh update of the equipment and better bed pillows and mattress. Area around is pretty industrial and doesn't feel like you are in ****** resort. Restaurants were absolutely great!

I loved the I can walk with kids and family in the entire ****** and everywhere else arou the place.

Wouldn’t give even 30 minute late check out. Pillows like rocks. Coffee place in elevator lobby never opened on a Sunday.
