The service was very good. They offer transportation to the ******, the driver was very nice and helpful. We had stayed there many times and will continue go there in the future

Functional,cleane, very adequate for an overnight stay. Great location and nice staff. I would stay again.

There was a sign in the bathroom, if you need clean towels to let them know. Went to front desk at 9:15 AM to ask for clean towels when they clean the room. The lady at the front desk asked if I wanted them now. I said, no when the room is cleaned. I saw the maids a few rooms down so I mentioned someone is still in the room but will be out in 15 minutes. Asked again if I wanted the towels now. I again said no, when the room is cleaned. The lady asked if we’re leaving for the day. I said yes. The lady informed housekeeping of the clean towels and they can go in the room after 11:00. Not sure why she told them after 11:00 when we were out of the room at 9:30 AM. We returned to the room at 4:15 PM and the room was not clean. Housekeeping came at 4:30 PM and asked if we wanted our room cleaned. I said no because we are already back and ask for fresh towels. My issue is they know we left at 9:30 AM and wanted our room cleaned. Why did they wait until 4:30 PM when they were aware we had one more night. Wouldn’t you clean the guest rooms that are staying for another night before you clean the other rooms. Also, I felt like the lady at the front desk was playing a game with me about the towels.

Clean hotel. Nice staff. Just don't stay here if you like it quiet. Near ****** so people come and go at all hours and most are not the quietest of people. Not the hotel's fault, but maybe put in quiet hours.

I was not happy with the size of the room, there was no microwave in the room, no refrigerator in the room. The fact that I was told that only the suites had those items but the online advertising website said differently. Also there was no ****** shuttle website said there was.So disappointed.

Friendly staff, nice rooms with a microwave and a small refrigerator. Convenient shuttle service to and from Mohegan Sun.

It was a perfectly fine day for my girlfriend and I. We had a concert at Mohegan and stayed one night. There was a shuttle that picked us up from the ****** which was fine. It was a good budget choice, nothing fancy but adequate and clean, not overly new or nice facilities or decor. However, I would definitely stay again, if I’m looking to save some money.
