Assez décevant, hotel vieillissant, propreté moyenne. Les différents restaurants servent une alimentation assez insipide, possiblement surgelee, bourrative, à des prix exorbitants. Les locaux sont exigus. En revanche, belles décorations de Noël, mais pour les mêmes prix, on trouve mieux à Monrovia

Our recent stay at the Royal Grand Hotel was absolutely fantastic, and here's why: First and foremost, let's talk about the breakfast – it was fantastic! The variety of food was impressive, and everything tasted great. From pastries to fresh fruits, there was something for everyone. The rooftop restaurant had a really cool vibe. The views were amazing, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. It was the perfect spot to unwind and savour some delicious dishes and drinks. They have a huge selection of wine too! The beds were super comfortable. After a long day of exploring Monrovia, it was great to sink into such cozy beds and get a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Bilal, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready with recommendations and assistance. What's also convenient about the Royal Grand Hotel is that it has everything you might need right on site. There's a bank machine, a pizza restaurant a coffee shop, and even a spa – making your stay even more convenient and enjoyable. We highly recommend it when coming to Monrovia!

Customer satisfaction is the principle that hotel management takes to its highest level. Bilal smoothly attended all the requests. Would be great to have e-sockets near to the bedside tables for charging phone, etc.

WiFi code wasn't ready when I checked in and the aircon didn't work great for me. My colleagues room was OK aircon wise, but they had a lot of issues getting into their room due to a cracked key card and no replacement was offered. Breakfast is a good concept but not executed well. It's an a-la-carte menu and you can order 1 item, but the order took 40 minutes to come out which was not ideal when we had to leave for our office. The room is a good size and the bed is big and comfy which is the most important. The toiletries included were of decent quality also.

The customer service here is always seamless and superb. Bilal, one of the managers, is always responsive and attentive to requests. The accommodations and ambience and centrality of this hotel also make it extremely convenient for convening meetings and gatherings. Super accessible. Super clean. Always on it. Sweetie S. Thanks to Royal Grand staffs, especially Bilal for making my visit to Liberia really special and comfortable. Biall is the to go to person, his work ethic is amazing and beyond professional, he’s efficient, hospitable, kind, and responsive. Overall, the entire Royal Grand team is very well rounded. Quality service is what I got during my stayed. I give a 5-star to the cleaning crew, and the restaurant crew. Thanks to all of you for the hospitality. Royal Grand is definitely my first choice hotel while in Liberia.

I’m obsessed with the rooftop at Royal. They make some great cocktails and the aesthetic of the hotel is very beautiful. It seems like they took the time to provide something for Everyone. The service is great too if you befriend the staff. My favorite staffer is Belah at the front desk , super helpful guy. Looking forward to my next visit honestly!

Royal Grand Hotel, bar none, is my hotel of choice whenever I’m in Liberia. My husband and I regularly have a staycation on some weekends at RGH. Albeit, I’ve realized my choice is simply because of the excellent service provided us by one of their employees, Bilal. Bilal continuously checks in on us. He never ceases to make inquiries about our stay at each encounter with him. He diligently ensures our needs are met and offers necessary recommendations. It’s nice to know the check in process does not stop after the first day. Bilal is truly a valuable asset to many of the guest there. I’ve watched and marveled at his camaraderie with the RGH guests over the years. A million thanks to Bilal always. Looking forward to our next trip soon.

This is one of the best hotels I have been in Liberia, The reception staff are very warm and welcoming, their rooms are excellent. The hotel has 2 beautiful restaurants, my favourite is the rooftop bar and restaurant, The ambiance is beautiful and their food is delicious. My experience with Royal Hotel is one that I can’t put into words but it’s worth every dollar. Royal Grand hotel is one of the few hotels in Liberia with the best bathrooms, always clean.
