格里芬頓飯店(Griffintown Hotel)

I liked that it was out of the heart of downtown but not too far away that it was inaccessible. I also liked how convenient it was because everything you would need (ie. grocery store, coffee, bank, gym) was within a 5-10 minute walk. I just wish there were more security measures put in place, like having a keycard that only gives you access to your floor. I also wish there were a bit more staff around.

L'Hôtel Griffintown à Montréal est véritablement un joyau caché. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été impressionné par la grandeur et la propreté des chambres. Chaque espace respire le confort et est conçu avec un souci du détail qui ne manque pas de charmer. Le service est sans égal. Le personnel est dévoué, attentionné et fait tout pour assurer un séjour mémorable. La disponibilité d'un stationnement sur place est un avantage considérable, surtout dans une ville animée comme Montréal. Enfin, sa situation géographique est idéale. Griffintown est un quartier effervescent, regorgeant d'activités et proche de nombreux services. Que ce soit pour un voyage d'affaires ou de loisirs, cet hôtel est une option de premier choix. Je le recommande sans hésitation!

Check in time is late, 4pm We arrived at 1030am to drop off our baggage so we could explore the neighbourhood before attending an event later in the evening. We returned at 2pm to see if there was a room available early, however no such luck.. we decided to sit in the lobby and wait for our room hoping to get in a bit early as our event started at 4pm. Front desk attendant told us she would let us know if the room was ready early. We waited for a while and figured we may as well get ready in the bathroom as we would not make it on time.. however there is only one restroom and other guests had the same idea as us. At 330 we noticed many guests coming in and getting a room right away, we decided to check to see if our room was ready. When speaking to the new front desk attendant, we were made aware that our room had been ready for quite some time.. it would have been nice if they could have let us know, like they said they were going to. For a 3 night stay we were provided with less than a full roll of toilet paper, when looking for more we found a Kleenex box but there was only 1 Kleenex left in it.. You can go to the front desk anytime to ask for more supplies, however when you’re sitting on the toilet you can’t really do so.. they should provide more than 1 roll. Check out time is 11am, however at 1045 there was a cleaner knocking at our door wanting to come clean out the room..

Tous étais super. L'hôtel est super beau. La chambre avait de bonne dimension, il était super propre, le décor était très beau, il y avait même une air climatisé, super bien équipée. Le lit et les oreillers étaient confortable. L'hôtel à accès à un stationnement privé payable ceci est très pratique. Il est proche de tous, nous avons marché toute la journée à visiter, 13 minutes de marche du centre bell et environs 30 minutes dearche du vieux Montréal. Juste devant l'hôtel il y a un petit parc. La seule chose que j'ai moins aimé, c'est tu entend tous de chez l'autre chambre d'a côté. Pendant la nuit, ça m'a réveillée lorsque les personnes écoutait la Télévision et parlait. Mais, sinon l'hôtel est super bien 🙂

Le logement est agréable, moderne. Le lit est très confortable. Il est également agréable de pouvoir cuisiner sur place. En revanche, les logements executif plus (1 lit king et 1 canapé lit) sont tous en face du canal Lachine. De ce côté là, il y a un immeuble en construction, la ligne de train et la route en contrebas, c'est bruyant. Bouchons d'oreilles conseillés. Malgré tout, nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Super bon prix pour la vu auquel j'ai eu droit.( j'étais au dernier étage) Belle équipe et patient avec les clients(es). Le parking souterrain est parfait et tres sécuritaire avec les puces et carte.

The property made a great first impression. The room was clean with modern amenities. It was also larger than most hotel rooms and it had a full kitchen area for convenience. The balcony also made the room more enjoyable. However, the following issues made my stay a nightmare: 1) the AC is in the living room area so the bedroom area doesn’t get any cold air. The bedroom has AC controls but even on full blast there was no cold air coming into the room. 2) the hotel was informed that there would be three guests but no sheets, blankets or pillows were provided for the sofa bed. 3) The room didn’t have any toothpaste. When I asked the front desk they said they were out and didn’t have any. I had to travel out at midnight to find a 24 hr convenience store to purchase overpriced toothpaste. 4) I paid over $40 to park in the hotels underground parking thinking that my vehicle would be relatively safe. However, when I was leaving to find toothpaste in the middle of the night I noticed that some lone had vandalised my vehicle by denying and scratching it. 5) The incident happened as reported to the front desk. They said they would investigate and a manager would call me the next day. No one called. I had to contact the hotel to get a response and when I did they didn’t seem to care. Overall, i regret staying here and was not happy about my experience.

there was one lady maybe two peoples to a so called hate. its not a hotel its a furnished aooartment without any amenities. zero customer service,zero customer relationship.zero help .no concierge, no one to help with luggage. poor overall

Worst experience ever at check in. Rude front desk staff, zéro useful… We rented 10 rooms and zero kindness, help with our rooming list, etc. Rooms are nice, but no Deco. Very white…
