我們只呆了一晚,前一晚在貝斯特韋斯特酒店以同樣的價格度過--也許這是我們的錯誤,因爲我們失望了。停車很容易,這是優點,位置很好-快速步行到中心的所有餐廳和商店。房間很小,有吸菸的氣味-我很欣賞這是一個禁菸酒店,但作爲一個不吸菸者,顯然有人一直在吸菸。最小的茶/咖啡托盤-1個茶包,1個小包咖啡因咖啡,1個小包無咖啡因咖啡,2個小包糖。沒有牛奶。都覺得有點老了,覺得很疲憊,呆在這裏後我的感覺。

Accueil chaleureux et souriant des réceptionnistes, très bonne ambiance dans l’hôtel, les chambres sont très propres et l’emplacement est idéal dans le centre ville. Rien à redire, très bonne expérience, je reviendrai ! Une nouvelle adresse à ne pas manquer sur Montpellier, je ne peux que vous la conseiller. Merci encore pour ce séjour

The late flight from Paris lands at 22.45, so a night at the airport seemed like a good option. The Ibis hotel is a ten minute walk from the arrivals terminal; I walk fast especially on a chilly March evening after being cramped in airbuses! Even at the late hour the check in was efficient and I was asleep in a comfy bed by 23.30. The hotel is very clean, very modern and very functional. Breakfast served from 06.30 was fine too, basic items, with good coffee and fresh fruit. There's a pool and a restaurant at the hotel, but my guess is most guests don't particularly want to linger on the edge of an airport and close to a busy main road...

The bed was really comfortable and the room was very quiet. The staff were super welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a short walk (10 mins) from the main square and therefore close to the beautiful old town.

環境評分低是因為-還沒進酒店就差一點-被偷了！因為自駕車要停在廣場另一邊（其實也就走5分鐘吧，但公共停車場沒有電梯，要自己把箱子從地下拎上來），我們已經出來十幾天了，兩大箱兩小箱行李-從廣場穿過來應該太大目標了，所以不幸就被盯上了-在最後進酒店門的瞬間倆女賊一前一後，我下意識回頭時後面那手已經摸在我的書包上了…回頭入住時問前台這個治安怎麼這樣-他大言不慚的說這地方治安很好—問題是據我們後來兩天出入觀察，那是一夥吉普賽人，平時就盤踞在酒店旁邊的路口！專盯遊客！酒店裡本地人不可能看不見吧？竟然一點點讓我們注意的話都沒有交代！很後悔定了兩晚-因為第一天發生的意外讓我們完全沒了在城裡參觀的想法-開着車都在城外跑了

We booked this hotel for 5 nights. We got there around 4pm & there was only one person helping guests. The check in took over 45 minutes. We taught that it was easy to walk to the city centre but you have to walk through this alleyway that is a bit scary as there are so many drunks, homeless people & so many dogs running around that make my daughter really scared. During the check in the hotel charged me twice & I did point out the error to the receptionist but he was not very receptive & quick to rectify the issue. I did also spoke to the manager & his attitude was not any better. The worst is the laud noise coming from the hallway. People not even guests are allowed to rom in the hallway making very laud noises and knocking my bed room. The following morning I spoke to the manager & he said it’s because of summer parties. The same for the swimming pool. They allowed non guests to use & there is no bed left for guests to use. In general it is not a good hotel at all. Will never stay there again
