辛辛那提藍灰鎮美茵斯坦套房飯店(MainStay Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash)

Immediately upon walking in there was a disgusting stale cigarette odor as well as a dirty, run down appearance. I looked past it and got my keys. In the room it was even worse. The entire hallways smelled, the floors were dirty and that didn’t change when i walked into my room. I couldn’t take the smell, the shower was even stained and dirty. At this point i couldn’t even bring myself to stay there. I left within 15 minutes of checking in and checked out and asked for a possible refund. I was told i would need to speak to a manager and the employee (which was kind) took my information down but yet i never received word from a manager or any of my money back. Will never return.

I stayed in this building/location when it was a Hawthorn suites. And I enjoyed every stay I had because of high caliber service and quality amenities. I understand that this is now a MainStays Suites but I am very disappointed. Hardly any amenities; that “grab and go“ breakfast is insulting. The unit I stayed in had no fan in the bathroom; hardly any glasses or cookware (that I could find) in the cupboards. Even the main door was no longer an automatic door - or if it was never automatic, then the staff of Hawthorne suites were creative enough to keep the outside door open, so that bringing suitcases and luggage in was far easier. I will not visit this or any MainStay suites again.

Bathroom was not spotless. Good thing I could remove hair in the bathtub before my husband saw it. Bed was comfortable but amenities were few. Not even an ice machine. Refrigerator in room was a nice addition until trying to sleep. Had to turn it off due to the noise.

It was very bare bones for a suite and the chain had discontinued breakfast.

The rooms were clean and tidy the staff was helpful and nice they are a little slow at front desk but overall good place to stay

It's an older hotel so the walls are very thin and it sounds like people from the next room are in your room.

general condition of hotel was outdated and dirty. room was so musty we could barely stay.

Felt similar to an apartment, which was exactly what I needed. Room was comfortable and spacious, and the price was perfect
