卡斯特皮塔依歐飯店(Castel Pietraio)

Struttura carina ma non all interno delle mura del paese. Le camere sono belle anche se alcune più rifinite di altre, ma non insonorizzate, veramente troppi rumori. Buona la colazione. Titolare simpatico che spiega all arrivo le caratteristiche del posto ma comunque mi aspettavo molto di più nel rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Bellissima esperienza , cortesia e pulizia sono di casa, location magnifica , sembra immergersi in altri tempi ! Vino spettacolare soprattutto il passito ! Colazione ottima secondo le norme dintorni mozzafiato e giornate splendide . Sicuramente una esperienza da ripetere

Una bellissima location gestita purtroppo in modo carente e 'al risparmio'. Scarso rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ho prenotato due superior per una notte durante un giro in Toscana con amici. Grandi aspettative per la notte nel “resort” in un castello ma già all'arrivo, appena entrati in reception (dove non c'era nessuno), avevamo subito capito che non sarebbe stato il soggiorno sperato. Premetto che, contariamente a quanto prenotato, le stanze che ci hanno dato non erano 'superior' ma (molto) standard. Aver cercato di venderci per 'superior' le due stanze standard senza dire nulla è stato davvero poco elegante, per non dire altro. Dopo aver ripetutamente fatto notare la cosa, alla fine, seppur con resistenza, hanno dovuto riconoscere che una delle due era una standard. Per poi poter giustificare il prezzo pieno di una “superior”, hanno aggiunto un kit con bollitore nella seconda stanza (dotazione delle superior) appoggiato su un tavolino e non collegato (vedi foto). Un modo un po’ patetico per non ammettere che le stanze non erano quelle da me prenotate. Le due stanze, pulite, avevano i bagni ricavati con pareti in carton gesso e si sentiva ogni singola parola dalla stanza vicina. Scarsissimo il kit di cortesia in bagno. Nessun tipo di servizio bar nella struttura (forse per questo almeno i prezzi delle bevande in frigorifero nelle stanze erano onesti. Es. bottiglietta d’acqua a 1 euro). Colazione: triste. Piscina (nessun telo in camera) con arredi di plastica dozzinali . Attenzione e cortesia verso il cliente inesistenti. Conclusione: sconsigliato. Non basta una bella location e atteggiarsi a 'resort' quando gestione e servizi non sono minimamente all'altezza e non giustificano il costo. Esperienza davvero deludente. A beautiful location but unfortunately managed in a lacking and 'saving' way. Poor value for money. I booked two superior rooms for one night during a tour of Tuscany with friends. Great expectations for the night in the "resort" in a castle but upon arrival, as soon as we entered the reception (where there was no one), we immediately understood that it would not be the desired stay. I start by saying that, contrary to what was booked, the rooms we were given were not 'superior' but (very) standard. Trying to sell us the two standard rooms as 'superior' without saying anything was very inelegant, to say the least. After repeatedly pointing this out, in the end, albeit with resistance, they had to recognize that one of the two was a standard .In order to be able then to justify the full price of a "superior", they added a kit with a kettle in the second room (supplied in the superior rooms) resting on a small table and not connected (see photo). A somewhat pathetic way of not admitting that the rooms weren't the ones I booked. The two rooms, clean, had bathrooms made with plasterboard walls and you could hear every single word from the neighboring room. Very little courtesy kit in the bathroom. No type of bar service in the structure

ambiente curato, proprietari e personale gentilissimi e molto disponibili. camere piacevoli, piscina molto gradevole .colazione adeguata. anche d'agosto le mura spesse del castello permettono di mantenere fresca la camera permettendo un ottimo sonno

Struttura potenzialmente bellissima sulla via francigena, servizi zero. Nessuno alla reception per fare il check in, per fortuna una signora delle pulizie ci ha dato le chiavi. Colazione scandalosa. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo

Siamo stati qui una settimana fa. Bellissimo posto, piscina grande e riservata, stanze silenziose e belle, da rivedere solo qualche dettaglio, colazione semplice. Ottimissimo il vino prodotto!! e la governante Gabriella fantastica, vero valore aggiunto della struttura! A presto!

This place is so cool! A real castle with amazing countryside surrounding it. The room was fabulous: sumptuos furnishing, excellent bathroom fixtures, comfortable bed, motorized window shutters. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The property grounds are amazing. We were so sorry to leave after just one night. There is no dining nearby, so plan accordingly.

Delightful hotel, with a few minor adjustments would really improve the experience - although we had a great time here and would come back. The grounds of the medieval are astonishingly beautiful. The breakfast is fab, the pool is wonderful and the rooms are fine - although a bit basic. Could do with somewhere to place suitcases ( rather than on the floor) and could do with a full length mirror - but these are small details. More of a problem was the lack of availability of coffee or tea. No restaurant after breakfast and no kettle in room. The staff however made up for this. Louisa, our receptionist, was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and she often came to the rescue when we needed cabs as we had only one car .

Awful service, simply rude owners . Not to recommend for anyone at any price. There are so many places in the same area with better service and facilites. Spare your time, money and headache and find something else. The room smells like urine, there was faeces on the toilet despite it being a newly checked in room, the pool is dirty with yellow stains on the edges, the air conditioning does not work and the bed has a hole between the mattresses which makes it uneven. 0/0 stars.
