Wonderful place! Room was nice, bed was comfortable! Comes with a microwave, fridge. Has a water fountain for the guests to refill also! Recommend this place for a stopover

Não vale a nota 9. Acústica ruim. Acordei a noite com barulho nos outros quartos . Banheiro com chuveiro fraco . Recepção com cheiro ruim. Não tem internet . Mesmo sabendo que era mais em conta , escolhi pela nota 9. Mas não vale . Se vc quer um pouco de conforto não vá .

The property and rooms were clean, functional, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful; we did not really need the maid for a two nights stay, but she hopefully stopped by to offer fresh towels, which was much appreciated. Plenty of services are located nearby, and the drive into downtown Monterey or Pacific Grove is about 10 minutes. Would stay again if I got a deal as good as the one I got this time.

We literally got out of our car opened the door and there was a roach in the door way. The shutters wouldn’t close. We went to the front desk to complain and she insisted we brought in the roach. Like why would we drive 3 hrs with 2 kids under 3 to bring a roach into the room. So we decided we wanted to cancel the whole stay due to this. They told us we had to pay for the first night since we stayed. Like no we literally walked in and walked out. Then she told us that she can give us a refund for the next night and only charge us 40$. Later she told ******* she never said that and continue to blame us for the roach and that the blinds isn’t broken. Worst place. I get it you get what you pay for but I have paid same price at other places and got better rooms plus better customer service. I work at a hotel so I know this is sooooo not right. Never stay here unless you want roaches and be blamed for it when you have a concern about it.

This place is a hidden Gem. We had a great stay. Our kids loved their room and we slept well. Our room did have a slight mildew smell like they had perhaps had some water damage at some point however you would not know it to look at it as the room was very clean and newly remodeled.

The room size / cleanliness / staff were excellent. But if you are a light sleeper like me, you will wake up 20 times. Room 101 is close to both the street and laundry room. You can also hear the airplanes landing / taking off. There was also a hissing noise on and off in the room coming from the sink/fridge corner.
