門羅萬豪居家飯店(Residence Inn by Marriott Monroe)

Nous avons appréciés la gentillesse et l'investissement du personnel, l'emplacement de l'hôtel, et la propreté, le petit déjeuner. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Nous avons appréciés la cuisine dans la chambre. Nous avions pris rendez-vous pour le nettoyage de la chambre, mais il n'a jamais été fait sur les 7 nuits ou nous avons été là (ou alors c'est que nous n'avons pas compris le fonctionnement?), alors nous avons demandé à la réceptionniste des serviettes propres. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, bruit de portes, paroles des autres voisins, nous entendons tout, particulièrement les gros moteurs de climatisations situés à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, mais à côté de notre chambre. La salle de fitness n'est pas assez grande, et n'a pas assez de machine, ou un cadre multifonction, il y a juste de cardio et quelques haltères L'hôtel et les chambres sont entretenus, nous reviendrons

The rooms doors had marks on them looks like from the baggage cart, the doors need to be painted. The carpet is worn and should be replaced, hallway and room, there's a train that goes by all hours of the night.

It was very relaxing and comforting. I enjoy coming to this hotel every year. I like to give a shout out to Danielle, who was a great help Thanks for making my stay awesome

Did not know that they would charge me to park in their parking lot. Was charged $5.00 to park. UNBELIEVABLE!

My husband loves Monroe. We always have a great time. And this is a great hotel. It's in a prime location there's lots of restaurants around and plenty of shopping. The bed is comfortable but those pillows are awful.

Real dirty motel ! Carpets are so dirty ! Old no money was invested . For one night stay was okay . Large room with kitchen ( we didn’t need ) .

Overall it is a great place to stay, but could use some updating

The front desk refused to clean my room daily during my 3 day stay, dispute the fact that I was only booked for 3 nights. She said I could only get my room cleaned and refreshed every 3rd day. I explained I would only be there 3 days , so she explained I would get no housekeeping services. I do not recommend this hotel. It was pricey for no reason. The service ****** .

The facilities are dated and when we got to our room there was a bug on our bed and a bug on our curtains. We looked under the mattresses and didn’t see any bed bugs so we let it be. Then we went to the pool where the hot tub is just a giant dangerous hole. There were a group of people drinking next to the pool. Then one of the guys that had been drinking a while got in the pool, stood in the corner for about 2-4 minutes and then hopped out. If you’re going to get in the pool just to pee in it then go inside. Got my kids and went to give them a shower. When we got to the room the shower had no hot water. So if you’re looking for a dingy hotel with a cold shower, it’ll be right up your alley.
